PRIOR ART The main body has a container-shaped water sealing tank, and discharges wastewater overflowing from the upper end of the water sealing tank to the outside from a drain opening opened on the side, and a main body that has a tubular shape, is received in the water sealing tank, and has an upper end. a deodorizing cylinder whose opening is covered by a perforated plate having a large number of water holes and a drain pipe connection port;
A drainage trap is known which is provided on the inner peripheral side of the deodorizing cylinder and includes a guide pipe that directly guides the waste water introduced from the drain pipe connection port to the outer periphery of the lower end of the deodorizing cylinder. For example, Utsukai Showa 60−64785
This is what is described in the publication. The guide pipe of this drainage trap is configured in an inverted T shape.
A first tube provided approximately concentrically on the inner circumferential side of the deodorizing tube.
A second guide part is provided at the lower end of the guide part to protrude to the lower end of the deodorizing cylinder peripheral wall in both directions perpendicular to the axis.
The drainage introduced into the guide part is guided to the outer periphery of the lower end of the deodorizing tube. As a result, when a large amount of wastewater containing a large amount of foaming components, such as wastewater from a washing machine, flows in through the drain pipe connection port, even if foam is initially contained or bubbles are generated, the outside of the deodorizing tube will be removed. Since it occurs exclusively in
This prevents bubbles from overflowing from the inside of the deodorizing cylinder through the perforated plate.

In the drain trap 10 configured as described above, the waste water flowing into the drain trap 10 along the floor is introduced into the deodorizing tube 18 exclusively through the water passage hole 20 of the perforated plate 24, and The waste water overflowing from the upper end is discharged to the outside through the drain port 12. On the other hand, after removing the lid member 58, for example, the tip of an elbow 66 connected to a washing machine drain pipe (not shown) is inserted into the upper part of the guide pipe 26 through the drain pipe connection port 22 and attached. As a result, the waste water introduced into the guide pipe 26 is directly guided from the opening 64 to the outer circumference of the lower end of the deodorizing tube 18, and thereafter is discharged to the outside through the drain port 12 in the same manner as in the above case. Since the lower end of the protrusion 62 is close to the bottom of the water-sealing tank 16 and the opening 64 is opened toward the outer periphery, drainage from the washing machine is exclusively led to the outside of the deodorizing cylinder 18. A portion of the wastewater guided into the water sealing tank 16 from the opening 64 of the guide pipe 26 will flow into the deodorizing cylinder 18 again, but at this time, most of the bubbles will flow into the upper end of the water sealing tank 16. Since it is located on the side, there is almost no possibility that bubbles will flow into the deodorizing cylinder 18.

In this way, according to the present embodiment, with the outer circumferential surface of the guide tube 26 in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the deodorizing cylinder 18,
The guide tube 26 is integrally formed with the deodorizing tube 18, and a protrusion 62 is provided at the lower end of the guide tube 26, which protrudes from the lower end of the deodorizing tube 18 toward the bottom of the water sealing tank 16. Projection 62

is provided, so that the waste water from the washing machine containing a large amount of soap components introduced into the guide pipe 26 from the drain pipe connection port 22 of the perforated plate 24 is directly guided to the outer periphery of the lower end of the deodorizing cylinder 18. As a result, even if bubbles are contained from the beginning or bubbles are generated, the bubbles are generated exclusively on the outside of the deodorizing cylinder 18, so that it is effective to prevent bubbles from overflowing from inside the deodorizing cylinder 18 onto the perforated plate 24. This can be effectively prevented.

Further, the guide pipe 26 is provided eccentrically in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the deodorizing cylinder 18, and a guide portion for guiding the waste water to the outside of the deodorizing cylinder 18 is provided at the lower end of the guide pipe 26, as in the conventional case. Since this is not necessary, the flow area at the lower end of the deodorizing tube 18 can be secured to be larger than that in the past, and the drainage capacity of the waste water introduced from the floor through the water passage hole 20 of the perforated plate 24 can be greatly increased. be.

Here, FIG. 4 is a plan sectional view showing the main parts of a conventional drainage trap, in which the guide pipe 70 has an inverted T-shape, and the first guide pipe 70 is provided approximately concentrically with the deodorizing tube 72.
The guide part 74 includes a guide part 74 and a second guide part 76 that extends from the lower end of the first guide part 74 in both directions perpendicular to the axis thereof and guides drainage from the washing machine etc. to the outer periphery of the lower end of the deodorizing tube 72. has been done. In this case, in order to obtain sufficient drainage capacity by the guide pipe 70 without increasing the height of the drain trap, it is necessary to ensure a relatively large width of the second guide part 76. Due to the presence of the second guide portion 76, it is inevitable that the flow area of the lower end portion of the second guide portion 72 is greatly restricted as shown by the dashed line in the figure. For this reason, there was a problem in that a sufficient drainage capacity for drainage from the floor introduced between the deodorizing tube 72 and the first guide portion 74 could not be obtained.

On the other hand, according to this embodiment, the flow area at the lower end of the deodorizing cylinder 18 can be secured to be larger than that of the conventional art, as shown by the dashed line in FIG. This makes it possible to further increase the drainage capacity of the waste water introduced into the deodorizing cylinder 18 through the water passage hole 20. In this case, for example, the inner diameter of each lower end of the deodorizing tubes 18 and 72 is set to 60 mm.
In addition, when the outer diameter of the lower end of the guide tube 26 and the first guide part 74 is set to 35 mm, and the width of the second guide part 76 is set to 35 mm, the circulation area is approximately twice as large as that of the conventional one. You can get it.

Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the guide tube 26 has a simple cylindrical shape and is molded integrally with the deodorizing tube 18. As well as making molding easier,
There is an advantage that there is no need to take into account rattling prevention as in the conventional guide tube 70.

In the above embodiment, the outer circumferential surface of the guide tube 26 is fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the small diameter section 46 over the entire length in the axial direction, but this is not necessarily necessary. It may be fixed to the guide tube 26 only at the lower end. In short, it is sufficient that the guide tubes are fixed to each other in a state in which the outer circumferential surface of the guide tube substantially contacts the inner circumferential surface of the deodorizing tube.

Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the opening 64 is provided at a position close to the drain port 12, but this is not necessarily necessary, and it may be provided at any other position as long as it faces the inner wall surface of the water sealing tank 16. It's okay.
