Claims (1)
- 発光素子と受光素子とが被検出物体の通過路を
挟んで対向配置され被検出物体の有無を無接点で
検出する光結合装置の通光状態および遮光状態を
検査する検査装置において、前記被検出物体の通
過路に遮光板を挿脱自在に切換える遮光板切換手
段と、前記被検出物体の通過路に発光素子の発光
する波長での透過率がその検査で想定した発光素
子の発光出力の低下率と等しい光減衰フイルタを
挿脱自在に切換える光減衰フイルタ切換手段とが
設けられたことを特徴とする光結合装置の検査装
置。
