Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 受光素子と発光素子と外乱光照射用光源とから
    なり、該受光素子と発光素子および光源との間に
    前記発光素子および光源からの光を前記受光素子
    に伝送する光フアイバが設けられ、該光フアイバ
    と光源との間に介在し前記光源の照射光を遮断す
    るための遮光板が設けられ、該遮光板を挿脱自在
    に切り換える切換手段が設けられたことを特徴と
    する受光素子の検査装置。
