本考案は、磁気ヘツドボビンに係り、特に一対
のボビン本体部を連結部にて連結一体化した連結

ビン3にそれぞれ巻線4を施し、該巻線4の引き
出し端をボビン本体部1の他方のつば部5Bに植
設した端子ピン6に接続してコイル7を形成し、
該コイル7に一対のC型コア8を挿通してC型コ

本考案は、上記の点に鑑み、一対のボビン本体
部を連結部にて連結一体化した構造において、前

続する第1のつば部を可撓性樹脂で構成し、端子
ピンが設けられる第2のつば部を耐熱性樹脂で構
成し、前記第1又は第2のつば部のいずれか一方
のつば部を他方のつば部から延長するボビン筒状
部に嵌着することにより巻線作業が容易で、なお
かつはんだ付けの際の熱により端子ピンがぐらつ
いたり傾いたりする恐れのない磁気ヘツドボビン

性樹脂で成型された耐熱性樹脂成型体21となつ
ている。そして、つば部5B及びボビン筒状部1
5の耐熱性樹脂成型体21に対し前記連結部2及
びつば部5Aの可撓性樹脂成型体20が嵌着され
る。ここで、熱可塑性ではんだ耐熱性を有するも
のとしてはPPS樹脂(商品名ラントン)がある。
これは熱可塑性材料ながらはんだごて温度360℃
近辺になつてもナイロンやPP樹脂のように流れ
出さないという特徴がある。また、熱硬化性樹脂
ではんだ耐熱性を有するものとしてはフエノール
