この発明は使いすておむつ及び特に伸縮自在に
した箱ひだ型おむつに関する。

過去に於て、伸縮自在おむつは1975年１月14日
交付の「使いすておむつの収縮側方部分」と題す
るビユエル発明の米国特許第3860003号明細書に
記載されたような、伸縮性の帯片をおむつのまた
部分に固定し、又吸収パツドから少くとも3/4イ
ンチ（1.9センチ）離して、伸縮自在のまた部密
閉を形成し、幼児の脚部全体に固定して、おむつ
の内側から幼児の脚部に沿つて流体が流出するの
を妨げるようにした砂時計型のような外形でのみ
用いるように発達してきた。伸縮性帯片は吸収パ
ツドから3/4インチ（1.9センチ）以上離して、ひ
だがおむつのまた領域の横側に形成するのを防ぐ
ようにする。

収パツド２６が上板２４と支持板１２の間に設け
られている。一対の伸縮帯片３４と３６が支持板
１２とパツド２６の間に設けられ且つおむつの部
分１６と１８の下に位置している。おむつは中央
部分４０、二つの内側延長パネル４２と４４、及
び外側延長パネル４６と４８を有する箱ひだ形態
に折られる。接着点４７がひだを場所に保持する
のに使用される。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 支持板と、該支持板上の吸収パツドと、該吸
収パツドの上方に位置する上板と、該支持板を該
上板に該パツドをその間にして固定する手段と、
該パツドの端部に近接して、該支持板と該パツド
との間に設けられた一対の間隔をおいた伸縮部材
とを含む使いすておむつであつて、該パツドが伸
縮部材の作用を軽減するようにした使いすておむ
つ。 ２ 特許請求の範囲第１項記載の使いすておむつ
に於て、該伸縮部材の中央部分を該支持板に固定
する手段を含む使いすておむつ。 ３ 特許請求の範囲第１項記載の使いすておむつ
に於て、該おむつがほぼ長方形であるおむつ。 ４ 特許請求の範囲第１項記載の使いすておむつ
に於て、該箱ひだ形態が主要本体部分と、内側延
長パネル対と、外側延長パネル対を含み、該伸縮
部材が該外側延長パネルの外側部分に設けられて
いるおむつ。 ５ 特許請求の範囲第４項記載の使いすておむつ
に於て、該支持板が該上板の上に折り曲げられ且
つそれに結合するようにした縁端を有し、該縁端
がその下に位置する伸縮部材を有するおむつ。 ６ 特許請求の範囲第５項記載の使いすておむつ
に於て、該上板が熱融合又は加熱密閉技術で支持
板に結合されるおむつ。 ７ 特許請求の範囲第５項記載の使いすておむつ
に於て、該おむつがほぼ長方形であるおむつ。
