【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は使い棄ておむつに関し、特に輪郭型伸縮性お
むつに関てる。

の外側に固定した米国特許第３，８６０，００３号明細
書に記載されたような伸縮性輪郭型おむつが発達してき
た。この米国特許に於て且つ現在市販されているこれら
のおむつに於て、伸縮部材はおむつの全長にわたって延
長するが、おむつのまた領域でのみ固定され、従って伸
縮部材の一部のみが利用され、一方固定されない部分は
むだになる。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 （１） 支持シートと、該支持シート上の吸収パッド
と、該吸収パッドの上に位置し、該支持シートに固定さ
れた上方ソートとを含む使い棄ておむつであって、該吸
収パッドはまた領域と該また領域から間隔をおいた耳部
分を形成する砂時計型をなし、該耳部分は外側に且つ該
おむつの端部に向って延長する輪郭部分を含み、相対す
る側方伸縮部材を該支持シートにその二つの相対する側
縁に沿って固定し且つ該また領域と該輪郭部分にほぼ平
行に延長させて、おむつを幼児に固定するのを容易にし
たおむつ。 （２）ｔ￥ｊ＃！Ｆ請求の範囲第１項記載の使い棄てお
むつに於て、該伸縮部材が該また部分及び輪郭部分から
ほぼ等しく離れて位置したおむつ。 （３）特許請求の範囲第１項記載の使い棄ておむつに於
て、該伸縮部材が水密性で流体密閉を形成するおむつ。 （４）特許請求の範囲第１項記載の便い棄ておむつに於
て、該伸縮部材が該支持７−トにその全景に沿って結合
されているおむつ。 （５１％許請求の範囲第１項記載の使い棄ておむつに於
て、該上方／−トが該支持／−トに該伸縮部材の外側で
結合されているおむつ。 （６）特許請求の範囲第５項記載の使い棄ておむつに於
て、該上方ノートが該支持７−トに対し熱密閉されてい
るおむつ。 （７）特許請求の範囲第１項記載の使い棄ておむつに於
て、該伸縮部材が該また領域と、輪郭部分からほぼ等し
、く離れて位置し且つ該支持シごトに固定されているお
むつ。 （８）特′ｆｆｓ求の範囲第７項記載の使い棄ておむつ
に於て、該伸縮部材がおむつの全長に延長し、引張りの
間該支持７−トにその全長に沿って接着剤で固定される
おむつ。 （９）特＋ｆｆ請求の範囲第８項記載の使い棄ておむつ
に於て、該上方シートが該支持ノートに加熱密閉される
おむつ。 ００）特許請求の範囲第８項記載の使い棄ておむつに於
て、該上方ノートが該支持ノートに対し、該伸縮部材の
外側で加熱密閉されるおむつ。
