(Prior art) Generally, in overhead power distribution lines, insulators for supporting electric wires are tightened and fixed to cross arms using pin fittings and nuts, but the nuts loosen and roll due to swinging or vibration of electric wires. There was a concern that the insulator would move and fall off the pin fitting, making the insulator's support for the wire unstable.

In order to solve the above problem, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6, the collar part 11b has a slit 11a formed at the end to smooth the diameter expansion during fitting, and a protrusion 11c is formed on the inner circumferential surface. A stopper 11 made of rubber or resin was used. As shown in FIG. 7, this retainer 11 is press-fitted into the threaded part 6a of the pin fitting 6 of the insulator 2, and the flange part 11b is brought into contact with the nut 7, and the protrusion 11c is attached to the threaded part 6a. It is designed to prevent the nut 7 from slipping or falling off from the pin fitting 6 due to the bite and adsorption and friction effects.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, the conventional retainer 11 deteriorates and is easily damaged when used outdoors for a long time, and if the protruding end of the threaded portion 6a of the pin fitting 6 is short, it will not come off. There was a problem that the stopper 11 itself easily fell off from the pin fitting 6. Moreover, once the stopper 11 is removed from the pin fitting 6, the protrusion 11c
There is a problem in that it is difficult to reuse the screws because they break off, and in addition, when the threaded portions 6a of the pin fittings 6 have different diameters, it is necessary to prepare a corresponding retainer.

Structure of the Invention (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention solves the problem of loosening of the nut for tightening the pin fitting in the insulator which is screwed and fixed to the cross arm etc. via the pin fitting and the nut. In the prevention device, the loosening prevention device is composed of a tightening member formed by bending a metal wire and a fitting member that is detachable from the tightening member, and the tightening member is arranged in a spiral groove of a threaded portion of a pin fitting. A curved annular part is formed at the middle part of the metal wire so that it can be engaged in a crimped state, and a longer annular part is formed at both ends of the metal wire so that it can be gripped against the elastic force of the annular part. A pair of handles are formed by rolling the handles together, and a connecting part connects the annular part and the handles and intersects each other, while the fitting member is connected to the handle of the tightening member. are brought close to each other against the elastic force of the annular part, and the annular part is formed into a fittable cylindrical body or cap-shaped body in a state in which the diameter of the annular part is larger than the diameter of the threaded part of the pin fitting. This is what happens.

(Function) With the above configuration, the present invention allows the grips of the tightening member to be brought close to each other against the elastic force of the annular portion when the grips are pinched, and the grips are fitted into the grips brought close to each other. When the member is fitted, the annular portion is held in an expanded state. Then, when the fitting member is grasped and the annular portion with an enlarged diameter is loosely fitted into the threaded portion and brought into contact with the lower surface of the nut and the fitting member is pulled out from the handle, the annular portion is pushed into the pin fitting by the elastic force. The nut is crimped into the spiral groove of the threaded part of the nut to prevent it from loosening or falling off. In addition, it can be used with pin fittings of different diameters and can be reused.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, 8 is a tightening member formed by bending a metal wire such as iron wire, stainless steel wire, or brass wire, and is crimped into the helical groove 6b of the threaded portion 6a of the pin fitting 6. a pair of elongated annular handles 8b formed at both ends of the metal wire; and the circular annular portion 8.
It is formed by a connecting portion 8c that connects the handle 8b and the handle 8b, and intersects with each other. Further, on the inner circumferential surface of the annular portion 8a of the tightening member 8, as shown in FIG.
A rough surface 8d may be formed with narrow grooves or the like that come into contact with the surface with frictional force. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the metal wire may be made into a trapezoidal shape as shown in FIG. 5b, and the slope thereof may be made into a rough surface 8d, or may be made into any other shape such as a triangular cross-sectional shape.

Reference numeral 9 denotes a grip cover formed in a cylindrical or cap shape from rubber, resin, etc., and serving as a fitting member used when attaching the tightening member 8 to the threaded portion 6a of the pin fitting 6. The pair of handles 8b of the tightening member 8 are held close to each other, that is, the annular portion 8a can be gripped in an enlarged diameter state larger than the diameter of the threaded portion 6a, as shown in FIG. The tightening member 8 and the fitting member 9 constitute the loosening preventer of the present invention.

Now, in order to attach the tightening member 8 to the threaded part 6a of the pin fitting 6, first, the handles 8b are brought close to each other and the annular part 8a is enlarged in diameter.
Grip covers 9 are fitted onto both handles 8b. Thereafter, by the mounting operation, the tightening member 8 is loosely fitted together with the grip cover 9 into the threaded portion 6a of the pin fitting 6, and comes into contact with the lower surface 7a of the nut 7. Then, the grip cover 9 is pulled out and the annular portion 8a is crimped and fixed to the spiral groove 6b of the threaded portion 6a by the elastic force of the metal wire. Next, the handle 8b is rotated in the spiral direction of the threaded portion 6a to press the annular portion 8a against the lower surface 7a of the nut 7. At this time, the annular portion 8a is connected to the lower surface 7a of the nut 7 and the slope 6c of the spiral groove 6b, as shown in FIG.
Since the annular portion 8a is partially press-fitted into the wedge-shaped gap formed by the annular groove 6b and the annular portion 8a is pressed against the helical groove 6b, the function of preventing the nut 7 from loosening is exhibited by its elastic action.

On power distribution lines, etc., line maintenance and inspection are often carried out while working on live lines. In this case, workers wear gloves for working on live lines, so the grip cover 9 is used, although the work efficiency is poor. By doing so, work efficiency can be improved. That is, the handle 8
If a worker grips b while wearing gloves against the elastic force, there is a risk of the handle being accidentally thrown off or falling off.
If it is fitted, it can be handled with a light grip, so it will not be lost, and the tightening member 8 can be easily attached to the pin fitting 6.

Effects of the invention As detailed above, compared to conventional retainers, the present invention consists of a tightening member made of metal wire and a fitting member that is detachable from the tightening member. In particular, the handle of the tightening member is formed by rolling it into a long ring shape so that it can be gripped against the elastic force of the annular part, so the handle part has a large leverage effect and is easy to grip during work. By simply pinching the pair of handles, the pair of handles can be brought close to each other against the elastic force of the annular part without damaging the fingertips, and the fitting member is fitted into the handles brought close to each other. Since the annular part can be held in the enlarged diameter state with a simple operation, it is necessary to hold the handle against the elastic force of the annular part when attaching the tightening member to the pin fitting. The fitting member into which the tightening member is fitted can be easily grasped by lightly grasping the fitting member, and the annular portion can be easily expanded in diameter by simply pinching the pair of handles. It is easy to attach and detach the fitting member by lightly grasping it, and it can be reused, and since metal wire is used, there is no material deterioration. There is no variation in clamping force, and variation in the diameter of the pin fitting can also be absorbed. Furthermore, even if the threaded portion or protruding end of the pin fitting is short, it can be securely attached and the nut can be prevented from loosening or falling off, allowing for safe use over a long period of time.
