１は第１のサイリスタ、ＳＣＲ２は第２のサイリ
スタ、Ｌはリレー部である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１の入力電圧のとき導通し、第２の入力電圧
    のとき遮断する第１の半導体素子と、この半導体
    素子が導通するとき、ターンオンする第１のサイ
    リスタと、このサイリスタがターンオンすること
    により第２のサイリスタのゲートを短絡させ、こ
    の第２のサイリスタが動作しないようにし、第１
    の半導体素子が導通しない第２の入力電圧のとき
    導通する第２の半導体素子と、この半導体素子が
    導通することによりターンオンする第２のサイリ
    スタと、この第２のサイリスタがターンオンする
    とき動作するリレー部から成ることを特徴とする
    入力電圧自動切換回路。
