サ電極、１０…スペーサ、１１，１３…低融点ガ
ラス、１２…金属円板、１４…排気管。

Claims (1)
- 一対の平坦なガラス板を平行に対向、配置し、
前記ガラス板の周縁部を封着し、内部に放電可能
な希ガスを充填してなるプラズマデイスプレイパ
ネルにおいて、前記ガラス板の一方のガラス板の
外表面となる任意の位置にガラス板を貫通ざぐり
付開孔を設け、この開孔部の底部に金属板を少く
ともガラス板外表面と同一面あるいは低くなるよ
うに配置し、封着した構造を有することを特徴と
するプラズマデイスプレイパネル。
