Claims (1)
- 陽極基板上にスペーサガラスを介してカバーガ
ラスを封着して真空容器を形成し、該真空容器の
一部に設けられた排気孔を排気盤にて気密封着し
た構造の蛍光表示管に於いて、前記排気孔の前記
真空容器内面側の周囲及び内壁の一部にガラス層
を設けたことを特徴とする蛍光表示管。
