  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液状の食品を加圧して殺菌するための装置
    であつて、前記食品が満たされる加圧室を有する
    圧力容器と、加圧室内に満たされた食品を圧縮し
    て加圧する加圧手段とを備え、前記食品が接触す
    る前記加圧室の内面が、窒化チタン等の耐酸化性
    を有する金属により被覆処理されてなることを特
    徴とする食品殺菌装置。 (2) 前記加圧室の内面が、前記耐酸化性を有す
    る金属に代えて、樹脂により被覆処理されてなる
    ことを特徴とする請求項１記載の食品殺菌装置。
