Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ケーシング内に設けたステータに進行波発
    生用の圧電体を接着し、ステータに圧接したロー
    タを出力軸と一体に回転させるようにし、出力軸
    の端部をケーシングから突出させた超音波モータ
    において、ケーシングは少なくとも２部分から形
    成してそれらの接合面にシール材を設けるととも
    に、出力軸が貫通するケーシングの貫通孔内にシ
    ール材を設けてモータ駆動部を密閉したことを特
    徴とする超音波モータのシール構造。 (2) ケーシング内に設けたステータに進行波発
    生用の圧電体を接着し、ステータに圧接したロー
    タを出力軸と一体に回転させるようにし、出力軸
    の端部をケーシングから突出させた超音波モータ
    において、前記ケーシングの外周をさらに外周ケ
    ーシングで被い、その外周ケーシングは少くとも
    ２部分から形成してそれらの接合面にシール材を
    設けるとともに、出力軸が貫通する外周ケーシン
    グの貫通孔内にシール材を設けて超音波モーター
    の外周を密閉したことを特徴とする超音波モータ
    のシール構造。
