For oil scattering prevention plates with a top plate that stands on top of the microwave stand (hereinafter referred to as the ``standing type''), if the top plate is simply bent and placed upright, the standing state may be unstable. Become.
Therefore, Utility Model Application No. 53-94280 and Utility Model Application No. 59-108106
No. 1 proposes attaching a magnet to the bottom of each protection plate that makes up the oil scattering prevention plate, and magnetically attaching the protection plates to the top plate or side of the gas range. In addition, the type of oil scattering prevention plate that is installed on the wall (hereinafter referred to as "wall-mounted type")
Similarly, it is possible to maintain the bent state of the protection plate by attaching a magnet to the protection plate and magnetically attaching it to the top plate or side surface.

a flap, and a magnetic attaching means provided on the second flap or a portion of the other protection plate overlaid with the second flap, for magnetically attaching the member to be magnetized in the assembled state; A hole into which the magnetic attachment means can be inserted is formed in the overlapping portion of the other protection plate where the magnetic attachment means is not provided, and the magnetic attachment means is inserted into this hole to attach the magnetic attachment means. The member may be magnetically attached to the member, or the overlapping portion of the second flap and the other protection plate, which is not provided with the magnetic attachment means, may be sandwiched between the magnetic attachment means and the member to be magnetically attached. By doing so, the overlapping state of the second flap and the other protection plate is fixed and the assembled state is maintained.

The oil scattering prevention plate 10 has magnetism that can be magnetically attached by a magnet, and is assembled as described above. hidden in the wall 60 and shown by hatching). Side protection plates 2 and 3 are placed on the side surfaces of the gas range 50, and a front protection plate 1 and a bent portion 4 are placed on the back side to prevent oil from scattering. The bent state of the side protection plates 2 and 3 is maintained by the first flaps 4 and 5 provided at the upper ends of each, so the folded state is stable and the wobbling of the front protection plates 2 and 3 is suppressed. It will be done. The first flaps 4, 5 are supported by second flaps 6, 7 superimposed on the front protection plate 1, and the second flaps 6, 7 are

is attached to the second flap 6 with adhesive tape 13. The magnet 8 and the frame member 8a pass through the hole 11 in the front protection plate and are magnetically attached to the wall 60. Since the magnet 8 is slightly retracted from the edge of the frame member 8a, only the frame member 8a is in direct contact with the wall 60.
It is a connection between By making the hole 11 an appropriate size depending on the magnetic attachment means such as the magnet 8 and the frame member 8a, the hole 11 also has the function of locking the magnetic attachment means. That is, by locking the magnetic attachment means in this hole, it is possible to assemble the device by bending it in advance before attaching it to a wall or the like. Furthermore, in this case, it is also possible to provide a hem around the hole to make it easier to lock.

If the thickness is sufficiently thin, magnetic attachment can be achieved without forming a hole and fitting the magnetic attachment means, so that the effects of this invention can be exhibited. The same applies if the hole is smaller than the magnetic attachment means.

In this case, the magnetic pieces and the magnets may be attached in the opposite direction, and the magnets may be attached to the wall, and the magnetic pieces may be attached as magnetic attachment means to the assembled stain prevention panel of this invention. Therefore, in this invention, the magnetic attachment means refers to a magnet or a magnetic piece that is magnetically attached to a magnet.

That is, in the wall-mounted type, magnetic attachment is made between the wall or a magnetic piece or magnet attached to the wall, but in the upright type, magnetic attachment is made between a separate magnetic piece or magnet. Therefore, in the upright type, in order to fix the overlapping of the second flap and the protection plate after assembly, a separate magnetic piece or magnet is magnetically attached to that location. In this case, a separate magnetic piece or magnet may be attached in advance to the side where the magnetic attachment means is not provided using adhesive tape or the like. Further, the side where the magnetic attachment means is not provided may or may not be provided with a hole, similar to the wall-mounted type.

In Figure 1, the respective fold lines on both sides of the first flap form a substantially right angle, but the angle formed between these fold lines can be freely determined depending on the bending angle during assembly. can be changed to Further, in this invention, since the bent state is maintained by the first flap, the effect of this invention can be further enhanced by increasing the strength of the first flap.
For this purpose, the edge of the first flap may be hemmed.

The oil scattering prevention plate 70 shown in FIG. 6 is of a type that is installed on the top plate of the gas range 50. A side protection plate 72 is connected to the top plate protection plate 71 via a first fold line 73, and a first flap 74 is connected to the side protection plate 72 via a third fold line 78. are connected. A second flap 76 is connected to the first flap 74 via a fourth fold line 75. The second flap 76 is provided with a magnet 8 (indicated by hatching) as a magnetic attachment means. A hole 11 is bored at a corresponding location on the top plate protection plate 71 where the magnet 8 is located during assembly.

is narrow, and the inner part of the trivet (the part on the side where the first flap 74 is located) is wider. Therefore, as in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 6 and 7,
When the magnetic attachment means is provided so as to be located in the inner part of the trivet, the installed state of the oil scattering prevention plate can be made more stable. Further, the first flap of this embodiment also has a function as a protection plate, similar to the embodiment of FIG. 4. Furthermore, as shown in phantom lines in FIG. 6, it is also possible to lengthen the second flap and the top plate portion protection plate and provide magnetic attachment means at two locations.

A second flap is provided to be superimposed on the other side of the plate, and the overlapping state of the second flap and the other side of the protection plate is achieved by magnetic adhesion between the magnetic attachment means and the member to be magnetically attached. The protection plate is fixed, thereby maintaining the assembled state of the entire stain prevention panel, so that the protection plate does not wobble as in the conventional case.
