[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Various improvements have been made to mechanically actuated interlock devices, and devices that are functionally satisfactory have been completed. However, with these mechanically operated devices, the locking mechanism of the door on the clean airspace side and the locking mechanism on the door on the contaminated airspace side need to be connected by some method, such as a rod or a spring. This method requires a large amount of space and is difficult to apply to devices in which the distance between both doors is large, resulting in poor versatility. Furthermore, it was also impossible to apply this method to automatic doors, which have been increasing in recent years.

A solenoid-operated interlock device is an excellent device that is highly versatile and can be easily applied to automatic doors, etc. There are two types of locking types: a release type as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 55-156152, which is unlocked by applying electricity, and a locking type, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-109153, which is locked by electricity.

A solenoid-operated interlock device that deenergizes the door will remain locked in the event of an accident such as a power outage or disconnection, making it impossible for people or objects inside to escape, so it is useful in case of a fire. However, it is necessary to employ a manual locking/unlocking device or a double locking mechanism as in the above-mentioned Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-156152, which has the drawback of complicating the structure and wiring.

In addition, energized lock type interlock devices do not require a complicated mechanism like release type interlock devices, but they do not require a complicated mechanism like release type interlock devices, but they may be completely locked, or there may be some kind of failure in the locking mechanism due to foreign matter adhesion or deterioration. In this case, the movable iron core of the solenoid cannot move a predetermined distance (hereinafter referred to as "stroke"), and an excessive current flows through the solenoid coil in an attempt to move the movable iron core a predetermined stroke.
There was a serious drawback that accidents such as burning out of the coil occurred. In order to prevent such burnout of the solenoid coil, attempts have been made to install a separate wiring circuit and cut off the circuit when an overcurrent occurs, but this has the disadvantage that the device becomes complicated and expensive. It was hot.

A detailed explanation will be given below based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an example of the main parts of an interlock device according to the present invention, and FIGS. 2 and 3 are sectional views showing its operating state. Note that these drawings show the simplest locking mechanism in order to make it easier to understand the present invention, but it is possible to modify these mechanisms as necessary, and this invention does not include these drawings or However, the invention is not limited to the embodiments described later.

The rod attachment part 3 has a core shape as shown in Fig. 1.
In addition to the prismatic type with a cylindrical shape, there is a cylindrical plunger type that can be used as a lot as is, and this also does not require a special type and can be a commonly used type.

Next, the rod 4 will be explained. The rod 4 has the function of transmitting the operation of the movable iron core of the solenoid device to the locking mechanism. Therefore, the material is selected from materials that do not deform due to the operating force of the movable iron core, such as metal or hard plastic, and the shape is arbitrarily selected depending on the size and shape of each device, such as a circular or square rod or plate. . In particular, the use of a cylindrical body is advantageous because it facilitates the use of a coil spring or the like as the elastic connecting member 5, which will be described below.

In Fig. 1, the rod 4 is divided into two parts, a rod 4a and a rod 4b, but in a solenoid device having a rod-shaped movable iron core such as the plunger type described above, the movable iron core is used as it is as the first rod. Therefore, the first lot is unnecessary.

Regarding the stretchable connection member 5 having elasticity, which is the gist of the present invention, this member is formed from a coil spring, an organic polymeric elastic material such as rubber, or the like. In the present invention, this elastic connecting member 5
As shown in Fig. 2, under normal conditions, the function of transmitting the operation of the movable iron core 2 of the solenoid device 1 to the locking mechanism is shown, but if the locking state is incomplete or some kind of failure occurs, the locking mechanism is activated. In the event of an abnormality in which the movable iron core 2 does not move, the connecting member contracts as shown in FIG. 3, thereby making it possible to move the movable iron core 2 to a predetermined position without stopping it in the middle of its stroke. Therefore, even in the event of a failure, no overcurrent will flow through the solenoid coil, and accidents due to burnout can be prevented.

In FIG. 1, the locking mechanism 6 is connected to the second lock 4b.
Although it has a simple structure in which the locking mechanism is made to protrude from the part to be bolted, it is also possible to create a rotating type locking mechanism by arranging an appropriate crank, etc., or an interlocking type locking mechanism using levers, springs, etc. It is.

Furthermore, in the present invention, it is also possible to provide a detection means such as a phototube or a limit switch to detect the expansion and contraction of the elastic connecting member 5, and a notification means such as a lamp or buzzer to notify the surroundings of the detected signal. In that case, the occurrence of an abnormality can be quickly detected, further increasing safety.

[Example] Stroke with plunger type movable iron core
The end of the 10 mm movable iron core of the solenoid device and the end of the rod member connected to the locking mechanism were connected with a 15 mm interval using an elastic connecting member made of a coil spring. The locking mechanism has a rotatable handle, and when energized through a fixing ring, a rod protrudes and fits into a rod hole provided in the handle to prevent rotation of the handle.
These were installed on each door of the clean air space side and the contaminated air space side, and at the same time, well-known wiring was done so that the electricity on both sides would not be cut off, thereby obtaining an interlock device according to the present invention.
