Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 駆動プーリと、被駆動プーリと、両プーリ
    に掛けわたされる駆動ベルトと、駆動プーリの回
    転中心と異なつた位置に揺動支点を有するスイン
    グアームと、該スイングアームにスライド自在に
    支持されると共に被駆動プーリの軸受を支持する
    ロツドと、両プーリの軸心間距離を拡げる方向に
    ロツドを付勢するばねと、ベルトプーリカバーか
    らなり、スイングアームの揺動操作によりプーリ
    の軸心間距離を変更してクラツチをオン・オフす
    るベルト駆動装置において、クラツチオフ時に被
    駆動プーリと駆動ベルトの接触を保つようにプー
    リカバーと被駆動プーリの間隔を狭くし、同時に
    駆動プーリと駆動ベルトとをリリースするように
    プーリカバーの駆動プーリ側のベルト出入口部を
    絞り込んでいるベルト駆動装置のクラツチ・ブレ
    ーキ装置。 (2) ベルトプーリカバーを、エンジン等の駆動
    プーリ支持部材に固定される駆動側プーリカバー
    と、被駆動プーリ軸受に固定される被駆動プーリ
    カバーとに分割した請求項１記載のベルト駆動装
    置のクラツチ・ブレーキ装置。 (3) 駆動プーリのベルト入口側及びベルト出口
    側のベルト接線上のベルト背面近傍に駆動側プー
    リカバーの端縁部を配し、該端縁部以外の駆動側
    プーリカバー部分と駆動プーリとの間隔を、上記
    端縁部と駆動ベルトとの間隔よりも略幅広に保つ
    てベルト抱込みスペースを確保し、クラツチオフ
    時に上記両端縁部が駆動ベルトに接触するように
    した請求項２記載のベルト駆動装置のクラツチ・
    ブレーキ装置。 (4) 被駆動側プーリカバーの形状を、被駆動プ
    ーリのベルト巻込み開始点から回転方向側へ略９
    ０゜の範囲内において、少くとも略４５゜以上の
    範囲にわたり、ベルト背面との間の間隔が最小に
    なるようにし、残りの被駆動側プーリカバー部分
    とベルト背面の間の間隔を上記最小間隔よりも広
    くし、被駆動側プーリカバーのベルト出入口部分
    における駆動ベルトとのなす角度を０゜又はそれ
    以上とした請求項３記載のベルト駆動装置のクラ
    ツチ・ブレーキ装置。
