Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上下の外側面を相互に傾斜させ、相互の近
接端から離隔端へ向う縁部を端部が曲線状を呈す
る板状物により形成した布案内体の前記近接端を
ミシンの押え金の直前の布供給面上に隙間を介し
て配置し、重ね合わせた時に布縁が互いに内側に
巻き込みやすい２枚の布を、その布案内体を挟ん
で布縁がそれぞれ板状の曲線縁部に沿うように離
隔端側から供給し、その曲線縁部により布のカー
ルを布の進行とともに除去するようにしたミシン
における布の内巻きカール除去装置。 (2) 布案内体は半円状板を２つ折りにして上下
の外側面が近接端から離隔端に向つて円錐状曲面
で連結するように形成され、その内側にはろうと
状空洞が形成されている第１請求項記載の内巻き
カール除去装置。 (3) 前記離隔端から近接端に至る縁部が弧状に
形成されるとともに近接端近傍において布送り方
向と交差する方向に変曲形成されている第１請求
項記載の内巻きカール除去装置。 (4) 布案内体は、中空円筒軸により支持される
とともに、該中空円筒軸は布送り方向に沿つて設
けられた軸受に回動かつ軸心方向に沿つて移動調
整可能であり、かつ布案内体内に噴気口を有する
第１請求項記載の内巻きカール除去装置。
