DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a wall coating method using a base board and a layer of granulated blast furnace slag-based hydraulic composition, and its purpose is to When applying plastered walls such as mortar for structures, it is possible to easily apply the groundwork, simplify the process, shorten the construction period, and obtain painted walls with excellent waterproofness without cracking. be. Traditionally, when applying mortar to the exterior and interior walls of wooden buildings, etc., waterproof paper is placed on top of the lumber, and metal lath is nailed or stapled onto the base. Mortar is applied as an undercoat, intermediate coat, etc. The common method is to apply a top coat and then apply a finishing coat. Since this groundwork is done at a construction site, it has drawbacks such as difficulty in selecting homogeneous materials and the need for a large amount of manpower and construction time. Also, mortar drying,
Cracks occur in mortar due to shrinkage due to hardening and warping of lumber. Cracks that occur are not only aesthetically undesirable, but also cause water leakage, such as rainwater, staining the interior, and rotting pillars and lumber. Plasterboard bases and wooden bases are also used for dolomite plaster, stucco, etc., but these have drawbacks such as complicated processes, long construction times, low strength, and no earthquake-resistant structure. In addition, in recent years, asphalt-based materials, synthetic resin emulsions mixed with aggregate, or various combinations of cement, synthetic resin emulsions, sand, crushed stone, and synthetic resin foams have been applied to wooden boards as mortar base materials. There are some methods of using a bonding material, but they have drawbacks such as poor mortar application and adhesion, weakness against heat, and uneven adhesive strength. In addition, by painting a cement mixture on the substrate surface and rapidly heating and drying it, the cement hardening reaction was interrupted.Moisture was supplied by applying mortar to the surface, which caused the cement hardening reaction to be interrupted. You can also see the construction method for mortar walls (Special Publication No. 55-18814) that completes the process. This method has the disadvantage that cement hardening progresses even if moisture is supplied by a method other than applying mortar. for example,
When it is applied to a building, it takes several weeks to several months from the time the base board is installed until the mortar is applied, so moisture is supplied by moisture in the air or rainwater during that time. During this time, hardening of the cement progresses, and sometimes even efflorescence is observed on the surface due to Ca(OH) 2 generated by hardening of the cement. Granulated blast furnace slag is obtained by pulverizing blast furnace slag, which is produced as a by-product in the blast furnace during pig iron production. It has latent hydraulic properties and hardens significantly in the presence of an alkaline stimulant. It is also well known that granulated blast furnace slag reacts with slag to produce ettrinthite. Conventionally, granulated blast furnace slag has been used as blast furnace cement and high sulfate cement by taking advantage of its reactivity. Recently, attempts have been made to mix granulated blast furnace slag and slag-based compositions with alkaline irritating substances, fibers, fillers, etc., and use them as inorganic molded plates by forming them into paper.
These molded plates have excellent properties such as low curing shrinkage and low alkalinity on the surface.
It also has drawbacks such as low initial strength and low surface hardness. In view of the above, the present inventors investigated a new wall coating construction method, and as a result, applied an alkaline wall coating material such as mortar to the granulated blast furnace slag-based hydraulic composition layer applied to the base substrate. However, by forming a painted wall and accelerating the curing of the hydraulic composition, it was discovered that an excellent painted wall can be obtained, and the present invention was developed based on this knowledge. That is, the present invention involves coating a base substrate with a granulated blast furnace slag-based hydraulic composition in a layered manner, which is made by mixing granulated blast furnace slag with slag, portland cement, synthetic resin emulsion or rubber latex, and water, and then scattering the moisture. The present invention relates to a wall painting construction method characterized in that the base board thus obtained is fixed to a wall structure, and an alkaline wall painting material is applied to the surface of the base board. Next, the present invention will be explained in detail. The granulated blast furnace slag-based hydraulic composition layer according to the present invention is mainly composed of granulated blast furnace slag, slag, portland cement, synthetic resin emulsion, or synthetic rubber latex, and a slurry obtained by adding and mixing these with water. It is obtained by coating a base substrate, then scattering water and stopping the curing of the composition. Since the surface of the hydraulic composition layer is in contact with air, the surface is neutralized by carbon dioxide gas in the air, thereby suppressing the hardening reaction of the granulated blast furnace slag. This is due to the Ca produced by hydration of Portland cement in the composition.
This is because (OH) 2 is neutralized by carbon dioxide gas and therefore cannot maintain a pH sufficient to act as an alkaline stimulant for granulated blast furnace slag. Therefore, the hydration reaction of the granulated blast furnace slag and the ettringite production reaction are suppressed. By removing moisture in this way, the curing reaction is stopped,
Furthermore, by applying an alkaline wall material to the hydraulic composition whose curing reaction has been suppressed by neutralization from the surface, it is possible to replenish moisture and increase the pH of the hydraulic composition. The curing reaction starts again,
It is promoted. The base substrate according to the present invention includes plywood, particle board, fiber board, wood board such as wood wool cement board, wood chip cement board, inorganic board such as asbestos cement board, pulp cement board, silica board, magnesium carbonate board, and foamed urethane board. , expanded styrene,
This is a foamed plastic board made of foamed vinyl chloride, foamed phenol, etc. A waterproof layer may be formed on these base substrates in advance. In particular, when the base substrate is made of wood, it is expected to not only protect the wood board from water, but also strengthen the surface of the wood board and prevent damage. A granulated blast furnace slag-based hydraulic composition layer is formed on the base substrate, and as described above, the granulated blast furnace slag used for the hydraulic composition is used during pig iron production.
It is obtained by pulverizing blast furnace slag, a by-product of blast furnaces, and is in the form of a fine powder. The snails may be dihydrated snails, half-hydrated snails, or anhydrous snails. Portland cement includes ordinary Portland cement, early strength Portland cement, white Portland cement, etc., but blast furnace cement and high sulfate cement can also be used as components of granulated blast furnace slag and Portland cement. Their mixing ratio is 3 to 100 parts by weight of Portland cement to 100 parts by weight of a mixture consisting of 60 to 95% by weight of granulated blast furnace slag and 5 to 40% by weight of slag. If there is too little edtringite, the amount of ettringite produced will decrease, and if there is too much, water resistance will deteriorate. If the amount of Portland cement is too small, the amount of alkali produced will be small and the effect as an alkali stimulant for granulated blast furnace slag will be reduced. If Portland cement is used in excess, it will become more alkaline and the adhesive force with mortar will become unstable, causing variations in strength. The synthetic resin emulsion or rubber latex only needs to be stable when mixed with the granulated blast furnace slag material, and its function is as a binder, not only to strengthen the hydraulic composition layer, but also to strengthen the hydraulic composition layer.
It has the effect of increasing the adhesive force with the base substrate and the wall coating material, and the effect of imparting flexibility to the cured hydraulic composition. The mixing ratio of these materials is preferably 2 to 50% by weight based on the solid content of granulated blast furnace slag, slag, and Portland cement. By adding other aggregates such as inorganic lightweight aggregate, foamed plastic particles, silica sand, kansui stone, and crushed slag stone to the hydraulic composition, weight reduction can be achieved, and the application workability and workability of wall coating materials can be improved. It is possible to give the base material a wide range of properties, such as by taking into account In addition, fibers such as inorganic fibers, natural fibers, and synthetic fibers, thickeners,
It is also possible to add commonly used additives such as setting modifiers, dispersants, blowing agents, colorants, fillers, etc. as long as they do not interfere with achieving the purpose of the invention. The formation of the granulated blast furnace slag-based hydraulic composition layer on the base substrate is performed by applying the hydraulic composition slurry using a coating device such as a roll coater or a spreader, or a spray coating device, and then using a hot air dryer. This is done by drying using an infrared heater or the like and scattering the moisture. If the surface is rough, the surface area is increased, and the adhesive force with the wall coating material is increased, and the application work of the wall coating material is facilitated. In forming the hydraulic composition, compositions having different compositions may be alternately arranged or may be formed into multiple layers.
The hydraulic composition, which has dried after coating and has had its water dispersed, hardly reacts, and the weight increase due to hydration reaction is also very small. Moreover, the surface of the hydraulic composition layer is gradually neutralized by carbon dioxide gas in the air, and the pH decreases. At this time, it is more effective to increase the concentration of carbon dioxide in the drying oven or to bring carbon dioxide into direct contact. If the hydraulic composition no longer functions as an alkaline stimulant, it will not harden simply by supplying moisture. The strength of the hydraulic composition layer is mainly developed by the synthetic resin emulsion or rubber latex, so the composition layer is flexible, has excellent processability, and can sufficiently cope with deformation of the underlying substrate. be. The base board obtained in this way can be used as a wall base simply by fixing it to the wall structure such as pillars with nails, so compared to general construction methods, it is possible to use lath, waterproof paper, metal lath, and wall coating materials. This means that it is possible to omit the need for an undercoat or intermediate coat, as well as the complicated process of wood base. After fixing to the wall structure, it is important to perform waterproofing treatment such as filling the joints of the base board with caulking material or pasting joint tape. The alkaline wall coating materials applied to the surface of the hydraulic composition layer are cement mortar and lime plaster, both of which have strong alkali properties due to Ca(OH) 2 .
By applying these, moisture is supplied to the hydraulic composition layer and the pH of the same layer is increased. Cement mortar is a mixture of Portland cement or mixed cement, sand, and water, and a cement to sand volume ratio of 1:2 to 1:4 is often used. Of course, these include water reducing agents, water retaining agents, reinforcing agents, crack prevention materials, synthetic resin emulsions,
It is also permissible to mix in commonly used mortar admixtures such as rubber latex. Lime-based plasters include dolomite plaster and stucco.
The coating is applied using conventional methods such as troweling or spray painting. The coating thickness is several mm to 2 to 3 cm.
is appropriate. At the same time as the applied wall coating material begins to harden, the hydraulic composition of the base plate whose reaction has been temporarily stopped also begins to harden again. These hardenings progress rapidly for up to 2 to 4 weeks, and then gradually progress. When the two are cured, the crystals of the hydraulic composition and the crystals of the wall coating material grow intertwined at the interface, resulting in excellent adhesion. Further, the strength of the hydraulic composition layer increases as the strength is developed by curing the hydraulic composition, resulting in a strong layer. The painted walls obtained in this way have superior characteristics, such as being stronger, more waterproof, and free from cracks, than those obtained by conventional construction methods. Furthermore, since this wall coating construction method allows the base plate to be produced in a factory, it can be obtained as a homogeneous material, and it is easy to construct the base plate on site.
This construction method is extremely useful in practice, as it simplifies the process and shortens the construction period. EXAMPLES The present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples below, but the present invention is not limited to these unless the gist thereof is changed. Example 1 A styrene-acrylic emulsion (solid content 57%) was applied as a waterproofing agent to plywood (wood type Kapor, thickness 7.5 mm, 5-ply structure) using a roll coater.
It was applied at a rate of 120 g/m 2 and dried at 60° C. for 20 minutes. Next, 80 parts by weight of granulated blast furnace slag, 20 parts by weight of 2 water
Parts by weight, 25 parts by weight of ordinary Portland cement, styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion (solid content 57
%), 1 part by weight of a dispersant and other additives, and 30 parts by weight of water, and the resulting hydraulic composition slurry was coated with a roll coater to form an uneven surface at a rate of 1.2 kg/ m2. Paint it as shown and dry it at 80℃ in a hot air dryer.
It was dried for 1 hour. The hydraulic composition layer of this base plate was hardly hydrated. After the base board thus obtained was nailed to the pillar, an acrylic caulking material was filled in the joint between the V-shaped boards for waterproofing, and a base was constructed. On top of that, mortar obtained by mixing ordinary Portland cement, river sand, and water in a volume ratio of 1:3:0.6 was applied with a trowel to a thickness of about 10 mm, and after 3 weeks, synthetic resin was applied. Painted walls were obtained by spraying emulsion-based ricin paint. The painted walls obtained in this way are strong, and because the entire structure is box-shaped, they are earthquake resistant, waterproof, and fireproof. Moreover, they do not cause cracks, making them very aesthetically pleasing. be. In addition, the groundwork was easy to construct, and the construction period was significantly shortened. The results of the various tests are shown in Table 1. Example 2 Epoxy-modified acrylic copolymer emulsion (solid content 40%) was applied as a waterproofing agent to plywood (white lauan, 7.5 mm thick, 5-ply structure) using a roll coater at a rate of 150 g/m 2 . 80℃
and dried for 20 minutes. Next, 80 parts by weight of granulated blast furnace slag, 20 parts by weight of 2 water
Parts by weight, 25 parts by weight of ordinary Portland cement, styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion (solid content 57
%), 10 parts by weight of perlite, 1 part by weight of dispersant and other additives, and 35 parts by weight of water.
It was coated at a rate of 1.5 kg/m 2 so that the surface was rough and uneven, and dried in a hot air dryer at 80°C for 1 hour. The hydraulic composition layer of this base plate was hardly hydrated. Using the base plate thus obtained, a base plate was constructed in the same manner as in Example 1. From above,
White portland cement wall coating material (Onoda Kenzai)
Co., Ltd. (trade name: Super Uni Statsco) was applied with a trowel, and a stucco-like pattern was applied using a roller to obtain a painted wall with a three-dimensional effect. The painted wall obtained in this way has earthquake resistance as in Example 1,
It has excellent waterproof and fireproof properties, and no cracks occur.
In addition, the groundwork was easy to construct, and the construction period was significantly shortened. The results of the various tests are shown in Table 1. 【table】
