For example, JP-A-57-57627 discloses a rolled polyester sheet containing reinforcing fibers. This polymeric material rolled plate is produced by rolling an unstretched polyester sheet containing 50% by weight or less of a linear reinforcing material in one direction with a roll to a stretching ratio of 1.5 or more, and then in a direction perpendicular to the rolling direction. It is obtained by rolling a sheet to a stretching ratio of 1.2 or more. In this polymer material rolled sheet, the reinforcing fibers are arranged on a plane, and the tensile strength in the second rolling direction increases (however, the tensile strength in the direction perpendicular to the rolling direction is not described. do not have,).

The purpose of this work is to provide a rolled sheet of polymeric material that is unidirectionally rolled, eliminates the strength anisotropy caused by unidirectional rolling, has excellent surface properties, is high in strength, and is isotropic in strength, and a method for producing the same. It is.

にある。[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention is characterized by comprising an inner layer of a polymeric material containing 1.40% by weight or less of reinforcing fibers and an outer layer of a pure polymeric material. 2. A three-layer polymer sheet consisting of an inner layer of polymer material containing up to 40% by weight of reinforcing fibers and an outer layer of pure polymer material is A method for producing a three-layer polymeric material, which comprises rolling and stretching in one direction at a temperature just below the melting point of the molecular material, and then rolling and stretching in a direction perpendicular to the rolling direction.

Note that during rolling, tension may be applied to the material as necessary for improving the shape, rolling stability, etc. As a result, as shown in FIG. 3, within the scope of the present invention, even if the reinforcing fibers and the molecular chains of the polymer itself are oriented in the rolling direction due to rolling in one direction, they are not stretched in the second direction. It has been found that if the ratio is set to around 2, strength isotropy can be obtained at the same stretching ratio as the inner layer material having reinforcing fibers and the outer layer material which is a pure polymer material. Furthermore, as a result of detailed examination of the rolled plate, we found that even if the reinforcing fibers and the molecular chains of the polymer itself were once oriented in the rolling direction, they were heated again to near the melting point and rolled in the second direction. By adding a We found that the amount can be obtained. Here, the rolling ratio between the inner layer material containing reinforcing fibers and the total thickness of the material is defined as φ (φ - rolling ratio of inner layer material/rolling ratio of three-layer material).

。The adhesive force between the outer layer and the inner layer is sufficient because compressive stress is applied in the thickness direction by rolling, and even if elongation deformation is applied, no separation between the outer layer and the inner layer is observed until the inner layer ruptures.

Next, the rolled plate was cut in the width direction using a one-way mill (temperature 120°C) and rolled in 6 passes until the plate thickness was 4.0 mm. Then, the sheet was rolled to a thickness of 2.7 mm in 3 baths. At that time, the rolling reduction ratio φ between the inner layer and the total plate thickness was 96.3%.
