Because it is equipped with a cushioning mechanism, cushioning is exclusively done on hand-sewn shoes,
It is applied to shoes with a structure in which the shoe heel and the shoe sole are joined by adhesive, and it is considered difficult to apply it to injection molded shoes, where the shoe sole is integrally molded with injection resin on the shoe heel suspended in a mold. was.

The resulting product is obtained by suspending it into the female mold of a shoe mold, injecting a shoe sole molding resin into the mold, solidifying the shoe sole molding resin, and demolding. The method includes the step of fitting the cushioning material into a recess formed on the inner surface of the sole through the opening of the injection-molded shoe.

A cushioning material 5 is placed in the recessed portion 4. The cushioning material 5 is not particularly limited, but may be as shown in FIGS. 2(a), (b) and 3(a),
As shown in (b), an air pack, a foam, or the like is used, in which air is sealed in a flat bag 6 made of flexible material such as PVC. Figure 2.

The shape can be freely set, and it can be formed into a round or square shape as appropriate.
Use different cushioning materials depending on the shape of the recess. When using an air pack, it depends on the size, but the amount of sealed air is adjusted to create a pressure that allows it to freely deform and hang, and its thickness is 0.
.. Approximately 3 to 0.5 m/m is appropriate.

The female last 8 is used to cover the shoelace 1 and keep it in a certain shape, and the overall shape is the same as the conventional one, but in the present invention, the part corresponding to the heel part is A convex portion 9 is provided on. The length of the protrusion is determined depending on the thickness of the sole 2 to be molded.

After the resin solidifies, the sole 2 of the shoe is molded in the shape of the convex part 9 of the male last 8 as shown in FIG. 4(c).
A recess 4 is formed on the inner surface of the heel. Pass the shoe opening 13 of the obtained injection molded shoe 16 through the recess 4 as shown in FIG. 4(d).
The cushioning material 5 is inserted inside to complete the product. Note that when making the most of the shape and pattern of the cushioning material 5, the cushioning material 5 may be fixed in the recess and the design may be directly expressed in the shoe, but the cushioning material 5 may be further inserted by further inserting the cup insole 17 to hide the cushioning material 5. At the same time, by utilizing the cushioning properties of the cup insole I7, the cushioning properties and impact absorption/diffusion effect can be further enhanced.
