本考案は、連続鋳造において鋳片のバルジン
グ、すなわち鋳片内部の未凝固の溶湯の静圧によ
る鋳片外部の凝固殻のふくれ出しを測定するため
連続鋳造設備に付設するバルジング測定装置に関

測定して鋳片に生じたバルジングを計測するもの

す。ロツド6は後端にエアーシリンダ10を連結

通し鋳片に接するタツチローラを先端に有するロ
ツドをガイドにより鋳片に向つて進退可能に支持
し後端に進出傾向を付与するエアーシリンダを連
結するとともに、上記ロツドに連動する変位計の
測定用接触子を1つの基準鋳片支持ロールに押付
けるようにしたことを特徴とする連続鋳造設備に
