である。この戸板の締着の際、上下戸板のP枠の当接部
に固い狭雑物を存して締付けたり、あるいはその他の原
因により炉枠が完全に閉枠しない場合は、濾過操作の再
開後に液洩れの原因になる。このため沢過操作の再開に
先立って炉枠の締着状態を確認する必要があるが、従来
はりミツI・スイッチ等を用いて締着後の「枠の位置を
検知して確:2している。しかしながらケーキをかみこ
んだような1ミリ以下程度のP枠間の微少間隙では検知
清度が悪く信頼できないため最終的には運転員が目視に
