When assembling electronic components as described above, first, the reel is rotatably set at a predetermined position on the base. Then, the tape is intermittently fed out from the reel,
At this time, the robot grasps the electronic components on the tape one after another and peels them off from the tape.
These are sequentially assembled at predetermined positions on the board.

However, in the worker's consciousness, all of this suddenly disappears. In this case, the assembly work is interrupted, which is undesirable because the operating rate of the entire device is lowered.

That is, since the outer circumferential surfaces 2a and 2a' of the tape 2 wound around the reel 8 are always in sliding contact with the engagement arm 11 in a pressed state, the reel 8 is prevented from rotating too quickly relative to the amount of tape 2 fed out. be done. That is, by pressing the engagement arm 11 against the outer circumferential surfaces 2a, 2a' of the tape 2, the tape 2 being fed out from the reel 8 is prevented from becoming slack.
