[Detailed description of the invention] Industrial application field The present invention is a system for suspending overhead wires, in particular, by rotating the main arm having a mounting section, the overhead wires attached to the tip of the overhead wire can be attached to the overhead wire holding section in an arc. This invention relates to a overhead line suspension system that can be moved and rotated, lifted onto a horizontal pipe of a movable bracket, and then pulled up onto a subsequent overhead line support fitting.

Conventional configuration and its problems The overhead wire system used in the electrified sections of conventional lines is based on the simple catenary system, and the twin simple system is used for metropolitan commuter line sections and high-density train sections.
Electrification of main trunk lines has been progressing based on a modified Y-shaped simple system. For this electrification, stranded steel wires of 90 mm 2 or 135 mm 2 are used as overhead wires.

The above means and methods are inefficient. Therefore, a trolley was used to extend the overhead wire to the site, and at the site, the overhead wire was hooked to the end of the arm of the overhead wire suspension system installed on the tower-like work tower built on the trolley stand. It was considered that the arm could be rotated using one point as a fulcrum and pulled up beyond the tip of the movable bracket to the overhead wire support fitting.

However, in the above-mentioned method, a situation often arises in which the overhead wire cannot cross the tip of the horizontal pipe of the movable bracket because the arm is too short, and therefore, if the arm is made longer, it will obstruct the adjacent line. Therefore, the rotation axis (fulcrum) of the arm attached to the workbench had to be moved forward, and in order to move the arm rotation axis forward, a weight had to be attached to the rear of the work tower due to balance. However, the structure was complicated, there were many parts, and a lot of manpower was required.

Suspension work for the Chiyo overhead wires had to be carried out safely, efficiently and with a small number of workers in a short period of time, avoiding the gaps between night trains. Maximum tension of 150
The work of pulling up the KgF overhead wire to the 6.4m-high support bracket requires extremely skilled techniques.

Purpose of the invention The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks by providing a mounting part fixed to the main arm at a predetermined angle so that the rotation radius of the main arm becomes larger near the movable bracket. It is an object of the present invention to provide an overhead wire suspension system in which a rotation fulcrum is formed at the upper end of a mounting part.

In Figures 1 to 6, 1 is the main arm, 2 is a mounting part that forms a predetermined angle with the main arm 1 (135° is appropriate in this case) and is fixed at a predetermined point, and 3 is a overhead wire. At the bending part where the holding part 4 is attached, a four-way pulley is used which allows the overhead wire holding part 46 to be extended in any direction. Reference numeral 5 denotes an auxiliary arm having a rope working pulley 11 at its tip, which is detachable from the main arm 1. The mounting part 2 has a metal box-shaped end part 2B having an insertion hole 2A in the upper part and a mounting rod 2C, and fixes the main arm 1 at the predetermined angle by an inclined holding part 2D.

Reference numeral 6 denotes a support rod, 7 a mounting shaft, and 8 a connecting plate. The two support rods 6 are combined into one body by the connecting plate 8 to form a support part 20, which can be used to maintain a predetermined height of the working tower, which will be described later. It is fixed in place. A mounting shaft 7 is vertically fixed to a predetermined position (upper part) of the coupling plate 8. A restriction plate 7A is provided on the mounting shaft 7 of the main arm 1, and when the mounting shaft 7 is inserted into the insertion hole 2A of the mounting portion 2 of the main arm 1, the main arm 1 can be rotated freely by the stops 7B and 7C to prevent it from slipping off. It is installed on. Therefore, the main arm 1 is rotatable about the mounting shaft 7 of the support part 20 inserted into the insertion hole 2A of the mounting part 2 as a fulcrum. Note that the shape of the support portion 20 is not limited to the above structure as long as it has the same function.

Now, referring to FIG. 6, to explain the work of lifting the overhead wire 17 onto the O-shaped movable bracket 16 in the work of replacing the overhead wire 17, first, the overhead wire 17 is lifted onto the O-shaped movable bracket 16 by attaching the overhead wire holding section 4 of the main arm 1 to the overhead overhead wire 17. 17, the main arm 1 is rotated by the working rope 13 using the pulley 11 and pulled up from the position of P point to the position of Q point. In this state, the trolley stand 9 is moved to start wire extension. Then, the trolley stand 9 is stopped 1 to 1.5 m past the O-type movable bracket 16. After stopping, the work rope 13 is further pulled to rotate the main arm 1 to the R point. In this case, since the main arm 1 is provided with the mounting part 2 and the rotation shaft is attached to the upper end of the mounting part 2,
The main arm 1 has its fulcrum moved and draws a large arc, and the overhead wire 17 moves from point P to point Q and O
The mold movable bracket 16 can be lifted onto the overhead wire support fitting 18 without being obstructed by the tip of the horizontal pipe 16A. Chiyo overhead wire 17 is R
When the point is above the overhead wire support bracket 18, the worker on the work floor 14 inserts the overhead wire 17 into the overhead wire support bracket 18, completing one cycle of wire extension work, and moves the trolley platform 9 further. let During this movement, the work rope 13 is operated to gradually lower the main arm 1 to the position of point Q.
Therefore, during the wire extension work, the main arm 1 repeatedly moves up and down between the position of point Q and the position of point R. In the above work, if the worker on the work floor 14 cooperates in raising and lowering the main arm 1 using the auxiliary operating section 19, the raising and lowering of the main arm 1 can be performed more smoothly.

Effects of the Invention As explained above, the present invention has a structure in which the adhesive part 2 is fixed to the main arm 1 at a predetermined angle. horizontal pipe 16 of the O-type movable bracket 16.
Since it is no longer obstructed by the tip of A, there is no need to move the rotational fulcrum, that is, the working tower 10, and move the mounting shaft 7 forward, and there is no longer a need for a weight for balance. It has become easier. Furthermore, since the auxiliary arm 5 is detachable, it can be removed to make the arm more compact, making transportation convenient without interfering with adjacent lines.

In addition, the work time for each O-type movable bracket has been reduced to less than 1 minute, making it possible to reduce work time by approximately 50 minutes for a distance of approximately 1 km. Therefore, with this device, approximately 1,000 meters of line can be covered by a small number of workers, one on the trolley stand 9 and two on the tower 10, without having to take dangerous working positions and without suffering severe fatigue. This has made it possible to carry out highly accurate overhead line work in a short period of time without having to wait for night trains.
