Claims (1)
上端周縁に鍔部の形成された第1取付部材と、固
定用ビスの螺合するグロメツト部が形成され、前
記第1取付部材の長手方向の両内側面に対向して
配置される両側部には該第1取付部材の両内側面
に弾性的に当接、係合する一対の弾性脚片が形成
されてなる第2取付部材とを備え、車体パネル等
の被取付部材に穿設された取付孔に該取付孔の周
縁と前記鍔部間に可撓性を有する防水ワツシヤー
を介装して第1取付部材を嵌合し、該第1取付部
材の上面開口から前記弾性脚片を係合させつつ第
2取付部材を所定位置に嵌合し、該第2取付部材
の上面にキツキングプレートを載置した状態で該
キツキングプレートに形成された取付孔から前記
第2取付部材のグロメツト部に固定用ビスを螺合
することにより該第2取付部材を幅方向に拡開さ
せ、前記第1取付部材を介して前記被取付部材の
取付孔に係合することにより、該被取付部材にキ
ツキングプレートを固定することを特徴とするキ
