Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 この考案は、牛乳などが収められる直方体状密
封容器のブランクに関する。
従来の技術とその問題点 上記のブランクには、容器形成時折曲げるべき
箇所に折目線が所定のパターンで形成されてお
り、折目線にそつてブランクを折曲げていくこと
により、ブランクが直方体状容器となる。
ところで、容器形成の過程には容器本体より水
平に突出した三角耳を下向きに折曲げて容器本体
の側壁に固着する過程があるが、従来のパターン
による折目線にそつて折曲げられた三角耳はスプ
リングバツクにより元の形状に戻ろうとする傾向
を示し、三角耳の折曲げ状態を保持しようとして
三角耳を容器本体の側壁に固着するのに大きな力
を必要とした。
この考案の目的は、折目線のパターンに改良を
加えることにより、三角耳折曲げ時のスプリング
バツクの力を可及的に小さくし、三角耳を固着す
るための力が小さくて済む容器ブランクを提供す
ることにある。
問題点を解決するための手段 この考案による直方体密封容器のブランクは、
容器本体の側壁となる部分と、同側壁上に重なる
ように下向きに折曲げられてそこに固着される三
角耳となる部分の境界に、下向きに膨れた弓形状
の折目線が形成されているものである。
実施例 この考案の実施例を図面を参照してつぎに説明
する。
まず、ブランクについて説明する前に、ブラン
クによりつくられた容器について説明すると、容
器は、第４図に示すように、平面視前後より左右
方向に長い長方形の容器本体１１と、左右２つの
三角耳１２，１３とを備えている。ここで、前後
とは、第４図において、右斜め下を向く方向を
前、これと反対側を後といい、左右とは後に向つ
ていうものと定義する。なお、容器本体１１の底
面がわにも２つの三角耳があるが、これらについ
ては図示していない。容器本体１１は、前、後、
左および右側壁１４〜１７と、頂壁１８とを備え
ている。底壁は第４図において図示していない。
頂壁１８および左右の三角耳１２，１３上にはシ
ール部１９が存在している。左右の三角耳１２，
１３は同一のものであるから、左三角耳１２につ
いて説明すると、これは、左側壁１６の上端につ
らなる裏側構成部２１と、頂壁１８の左端につら
なる表側構成部２２とからなる容器素材２倍厚の
ものであつて、両構成部２１，２２はともにおい
て下向きに折れ曲げられて、左側壁１６上に重ね
合わされ、重ね合わされた裏側構成部２１の一部
が左側壁２１に固着されている（第５図および第
６図参照）。
さて、上述の容器となるブランクは第１図に示
されているが、第１図は、ブランクを容器の外面
となるがわから見たものの上半分を示している。
ブランクには、所定のパターンで折目線が形成
され、そのパターンはつぎに説明する特徴点を除
いて周知のものである。その特徴点とは、左右の
側壁１６，１７となる部分３１，３２と、左右の
三角耳１２，１３となる部分３３，３４の境界
に、下向きに膨れた弓形状の折目線３５，３６が
形成されていることである。同折目線３５，３６
に対応する従来のものは、一直線状であつた。
第２図は、上述の２つの折目線３５，３６の一
方を拡大して示している。同折目線３５は同弧の
一部となるように滑らかな曲線ををなしている。
その結果、三角耳１２となる部分３３には、折目
線３５の両端を結ぶ直線３７より下方に突出した
突出部３８が存在しており、その突出部３８の突
出部量ｈは、容器素材厚さの１〜２倍程度であ
る。また、折目線は、これを上述した滑らかな曲
線とする代わりに、第３図に示すようなＶ字状と
してもよい。
第５図および第６図は、容器形成時における三
角耳の折れ曲げ過程を誇張した状態で示してい
る。第５図において、三角耳２を水平に突出させ
た状態が示されている。このときに、三角耳１２
の裏側構成部２１は折目線３５にそつて側壁１６
に対し90度折れ曲げられているが、その折れ曲げ
の結果、三角耳１２となる部分３３に存在してい
る下方突出部３８が同側壁１６を内方に押圧する
形となつて、同側壁１６の上縁を含む内向きにわ
ん曲させられている。第５図に示す状態より、三
角耳１２が下向きに折れ曲げられていつて、第６
図に示す状態となると、同側壁１６のわん曲の度
合は一層伸展する。そして、第６図に示す状態に
折れ曲げられた三角耳１２が第５図に示す元の状
態に戻ろうとするとき、そのときのスプリングバ
ツクの力はわん曲させられた側壁１６を平板状と
する方向に作用するが、わん曲状のものを平板状
のものとするには相当の力を必要とするころか
ら、この力がスプリングバツクの力に抗すること
により、三角耳１２が元の状態に戻り難くなつて
いる。
第８図は、比較のために、従来のパターンの折
目線により折り曲げられた三角耳４１を示してい
るが、その三角耳４１が折り曲げられた後におい
て、側壁４２は平板状のままであるから、三角耳
４１のスプリングバツクの力は三角耳４１をその
まま立ち上がらせようとする方向に作用する。
考案の効果 この考案によれば、ブランクを折目線にそつて
折り曲げることにより三角耳が形成されると、三
角耳の基部につらなる側壁が水平断面内向き弓形
状となるようにわん曲させられるから、そのわん
曲部の存在により三角耳のスプリングバツクの力
が減じられることになり、三角耳を固定するため
の力が少なくて済む。

    いる、直方体状密封容器のブランク。
