Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a lubricating agent without smell, accidental permeation, swelling and the like with limited deterioration in a condom along with excellent lubricating effect by dissolving polyacrylamide into a small amount of water to be mixed with glycerin. CONSTITUTION:An amount of water for dissolving polyacrylamide is reduced and glycerin is mixed for adjustment of viscosity to obtain a lubricating agent. The viscosity made higher with a reduction in the amount of water for dissolving polyacrylamide is adjusted by glycerin to prevent accidental permeation of a condom allowing the checking the lowering of physical characteristic. Water herein used is a refined water to dissolve polyacrylamide and the amount of water is preferably small with 10-30% of the total. The polyacrylamide herein used is a nonionic high polymer agglutinant using acrylamide (monomer) as a raw material and the viscosity of a solution can be changed by varying the density thereof.
