〈産業上の利用分野〉 本発明は、コンドームに用いる潤滑剤に関する
もので、更に詳しくは水溶性潤滑剤である。 〈従来の技術及び課題〉 従来比種のものは、シリコンオイルが主流をな
すものであり、これをコンドームに塗布、附着す
るものであつた。しかしながら、これらはサラサ
ラしており、ねばつこさがなく、満足出来るもの
ではなかつた。 また、水溶性潤滑剤としては、直接陰部に塗布
するものがあるが、この種のものはコンドームに
塗布すると吸水によりコンドームが失透して物性
が低下するため、コンドームに塗布することはで
きなかつた。 〈課題を解決する手段〉 本発明はこのような事情に鑑みてなされたもの
であり、その手段はポリアクリルアミドを溶解す
る水の量を少なくし、 粘度調整にグリセリンを混合して潤滑剤を得た
のである。 〈作用〉 ポリアクリルアミドを溶解する水の量を少なく
したことによつて高くなつた粘度をグリセリンで
調整することにより、コンドームの失透を防止
し、物性の低下を抑えることができる。 〈実施例〉 本発明の実施例について説明するとコンドーム
は比種の技術分野において周知の方法によつて成
型されたものであり、該コンドームに付着させて
潤滑性を付与せしめるものであり、水にポリアク
リルアミドを加えながら攪拌して溶解させ、これ
を防腐剤としての作用をもつ粉状のメチルパラベ
ンおよび粒状をこまかく粉状につぶしたプロピル
パラベンとを溶解せしめたグリセリンに混合攪拌
せしめる。 水は精製水を用いポリアクリルアミドを溶解す
るためのもので水分量は全体の10〜30%で水量が
好ましく、ポリアクリルアミドはアクリルアミド
(モノマー)を原料とするノニオン系の高分子凝
集剤であり、溶液粘度はその濃度を変えることに
より、変化させることが出来、0.2〜0.5%程度を
添加する。 グリセリンは比種の技術分野で周知のものであ
り、主成分となるもので、70〜90%で、防腐剤と
してメチルパラベン0.05〜0.10%、プロピルパラ
ベン0.01〜0.03%を添加せしめる。 次に具体的実施の態様を示すと、 精製水 10 ポリアクリルアミド ※1) 0.2 グリセリン 89.7 メチルパラベン 0.075 プロピルパラベン 0.025 ※1)三井サイアナミツド(株)製アコフロツクN
−100 先ず精製水に少しづつポリアクリルアミドを加
えながら20〜30分攪拌し溶解せしめる。次に、65
