産業上の利用分野
この発明は、ドローベンチ等により引抜き加工したアル
ミニウム等の金属製の管、棒等の引抜き材をロール矯正

多い。このため、さらに引抜き後において、真直度を向

発明が解決しようとする課題

、汚れやAN屑等の異物がロール矯正機内に持ち込まれ
、そのため、これらの異物がロール矯正中に矯正ロール
と引抜き管との間に挾まれて引抜き管の外表面にキズを

9)を下降せしめることにより該目付は部(15)を切
断除去する。切断は、突切り刃(9)によって行なわれ
るから切粉の発生はない。しかるのちに、この引抜き管
(I7)を、その一端部からロール矯正機内(12)に
投入し、内部の矯正ロール(13)・・・の作用で真直
に矯正する。引抜き管(17)は切粉を発生させること
なくその口付は部(15)が切除されてからロール矯正
機(12)内に投入されるから、よごれ、A、C屑、切
粉等の異物がロール矯正機(12)内に持ち込まれるこ
とがなく、従って矯正中に引抜き管(17)にキズが付

上述の次第で、この発明の引抜き材の矯正方法は、異物
発生源となる日付は部を切除してからロール矯正機によ
り引抜き材の曲がり矯正を行うものとなされているから
、異物がロール矯正機内に持ち込まれることがなく、そ
のため、そのような異物に起因するキズを付けることな
