ある。(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, with such a conventional cart lifting device, it is necessary to securely fix the cart in a predetermined position on the lifting platform in order to ensure the transfer of butts to each shelf. Although it is necessary to secure the cart so that it does not come off the platform due to vibrations generated when the cart is moved up and down, on the other hand, if there is resistance when removing the cart from the platform after work is completed, it must be stored on each shelf. There is also the problem that the products on the raised and lowered bats may fall, and furthermore, it is very dangerous if the cart is accidentally moved while the lifting platform is moving up and down.

This is dangerous, and in order to prevent this, the cart itself must be provided with wheel fixing means, which increases costs.

A fixing mechanism that engages in a detachable manner with a locking arm, and a release mechanism in which a movable member mechanically linked to the latching arm is movably arranged at the bottom of the lifting platform, and the movable member and the movable member are provided on the device main body side. An operating mechanism in which operating rods are movably arranged at corresponding positions, and an operating mechanism that mechanically cooperates with the operating rods to operate the operating rods are provided. It is characterized in that it is configured so that the operation of the operating rod is transmitted to the movable member by engaging only when it is in the position.

The cart is fixed by returning in the engagement direction with the biasing force of the arm, and even if the operator accidentally operates the operating mechanism while the lifting platform is moving up and down, the movement of the operating rod will not be transmitted to the movable member and will not be latched. The arm does not operate, and when the operating mechanism is operated at the lowest position, the movement of the operating rod is transmitted to the movable member and the locking arm is moved in the anti-engagement direction, thereby releasing the fixing mechanism and lifting the cart. It is possible to move.

Slots 102a, 102a' are inserted horizontally from the central end of the screw holes 2' toward the pillars 32, 32', passing through the centers of the screw holes and reaching predetermined positions. Further, the mounting members 102, 102' are provided with the slots 1.
A hole is opened between the terminal end of each of the mounting members 102, 102a' and the screw hole in a direction perpendicular to the screw hole, through which the mounting members 102, 102' are vertically passed. A screw for screwing a bolt is formed in the lower hole where the hole is divided by a slot, and after screwing the adjusting bolt 103, 103' by a predetermined amount into the horizontal screw hole, a vertical screw is formed. Bolts 105, 105' are screwed into the holes from above and tightened to fix the adjustment bolts 103, 103'. The above predetermined amount means that the center of the rollers 94, 94' provided at the tips of the latching arms 92, 92' is the center of the support shafts 96, 96' of the latching arms 92, 92' and the center of the cart shafts C, C'. Adjustment bolt 10 that positions the cart axes C and C' so that they are located inside the line connecting the center of the shaft.
The protrusion amount is 3,103'. If the adjustment bolts 103, 103' are adjusted to such positions, even if, for example, an operator intentionally pulls the cart B to remove it, the cart shafts C, C' will not hold the locking arms 92, 92'. Since the rollers 94, 94' at the tips of the locking arms 92, 9 are operated to rotate inward around the support shaft 96, the locking arms 92, 9
The cart cannot be removed because the stopper receiving plates 95, 95' at the ends of the carts 2' abut against the stopper plates 98, 98' and stop their rotation.

Then, the locking arms 92, 92' are rotated to the outside of the lifting platform 30 around the support shafts 96, 96'. Cart axes C and C' are adjusted by bolts 103 and 1.
03', the locking arms 92, 92' are biased by the torsion coil springs 101, 101'.
2 and 92' together with rollers 94 and 94' provided at the ends thereof, rotate about support shafts 96 and 96' toward the initial position. The cart shafts C, C' are fixed by being pressed against the adjusting bolts 103, 103' by rollers 94, 94'. The top of the cart shelf b is flush with the vat transfer device 18, and the pusher 18a of the vat transfer device 18 stores the vat A carrying the packaged products on the top shelf b of the cart. When the storage of the bat A at the top of the cart shelf is completed, the motor of the elevating mechanism 40 is started and rotates normally. As the chain rotates due to the rotation of the sprocket of the speed reducer, the lifting platform 30 rises by one cart shelf, and when the detecting means detects that the shelf and the top surface of the butt transfer device 18 are aligned, The rotation of the motor is stopped and the lifting platform 30 stops rising.
When the storage of the bat A on the cart shelf b of the next stage is completed, the lifting platform 30 rises again by one stage of the cart shelf b.
Repeat the above operations (see Figure 4 above). When the detection means detects that the bats A are stored in all the cart shelves b, the motor of the lifting mechanism 40 is reversely operated and the cart lifting platform 30 is lowered to the initial position. When the elevator platform 30 descends to the initial position and stops, the operator depresses a pedal 57 provided protruding from the inclined plate 24 (see FIG. 5 below). During this time, the bats A are sequentially supplied to the cart shelf b of the cart in the opposite position (see FIG. 1 below). When the pedal 57 is depressed until it hits the inclined plate 24, the actuating plate 55 rotates clockwise about the shaft 54, and the wire 56 attached to its tip is pulled. The wire 56 is connected to the operating mechanism 6 via guide rollers 53, 59a, 59b.
Since it is connected to the operating rod 63 of 0, the operating rod 6
3 rotates counterclockwise about the shaft 63a against the bias of the coil spring 64. The operating rod 63 presses a roller 78 attached to the tip of the movable plate 73 of the release mechanism 70, and as the operating rod 63 rotates, the movable plate 7
3 to the carry-in side (left side in Figure 1) (see Figure 2 below). Wire 79 attached to movable plate 73
a is connected to the latching arms 92, 92' of the fixing mechanism 90 via the guide rollers 80, 81, 100, so that the latching arms 92 are attached to the torsion coil springs 97b, 97b' as the movable plate 73 slides. When the lifting platform 30 rotates outward around the support shafts 96, 96' against the force, the rollers 94, 94' attached to the ends of the latching arms 92, 92' fix the cart shafts C, C'. be released. When the operator moves the cart B to the carry-in side, the cart axes C and C' move away from the predetermined positions and are completely released from the fixing mechanism 90. When the operator releases the pedal 57, the operating rod 63 of the operating mechanism 60 rotates clockwise due to the bias of the coil spring 64, hits the stopper plate 65, stops its rotation, and returns to the initial position. As the operating rod 63 returns, the movable plate 73 releases the torsion coil spring 9 of the fixing mechanism 90.
The latch arms 92, 92' are biased by the biasing elements 7b, 97b'.
is rotated toward the center of the lifting platform 30, and the stopper receiving plate 9 provided at the end of the latching arm 92, 92'
5 and 95' abut against the stopper plates 98 and 98' to stop their rotation and return to the initial position.

できる。 When the cart is carried into a predetermined position on the lifting platform at the lowest position, the latch arm moves in the opposite direction when it hits the fixing mechanism, and the cart returns to the direction of engagement due to the biasing force of the arm. is fixed, so that even if a worker accidentally operates the operating mechanism while the platform is moving up and down, the movement of the operating rod will not be transmitted to the movable member and the latch arm will not operate, and the operating mechanism will be in the lowest position. When operated, the movement of the operating rod is transmitted to the movable member and the locking arm is moved in the anti-engagement direction, thereby releasing the fixing mechanism and making it possible to move the cart. The cart itself has wheel fixing means. It is possible to arbitrarily enable the cart to be moved and fixed on the lifting platform in the lowest position without any provision.
