良となる問題点を有している。(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, when performing the above treatment process, no matter which treatment method is selected, such as electrodeposition, dipping, TFS method, etc., when drying the painted shape, the upper part of the shape is It is fixed to some extent because it is suspended with a hanging jig, but since the drying oven is generally a hot air circulation type, the lower part swings freely, so if the hanging distance is narrow, the shapes will touch each other and cause paint film defects. If the suspension interval is increased to prevent this problem, productivity will drop significantly. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, we have developed a method for suspending aluminum shapes. An attempt was made to develop a steady rest fitting that can be inserted into the lower end and connected and held at regular intervals, but in this case, an elastic material was used that could be easily inserted into the shape, expand after insertion, and be expanded and held within the shape. However, as mentioned above, sulfuric acid is used in the degreasing process, caustic soda is used in the etching process, sulfuric acid or nitric acid is used in the neutralization process, and metal salts are used in the alumite process, so the material must have strong chemical resistance. Furthermore, since organic solvents are used in the electrodeposition process, solvent resistance is required, and in addition, heat resistance is required as the drying process involves heating at approximately 200°C for approximately 30 minutes. It must meet all of the strict conditions, and metals such as titanium are suitable as materials that have chemical resistance, solvent resistance, heat resistance, and elasticity, but when using titanium etc. is the alumite treatment process,
This has the problem that the electrical resistance of metals such as titanium is lower than that of the shape material, and electricity concentrates on the jig made of titanium material, resulting in poor coloring of the lower part of the shape material (near the jig). ing.

By creating a double structure coated with an alloy, we succeeded in obtaining a steady rest that has elasticity, allows for reliable insertion of aluminum shapes, solves the problem of electrical resistance, and can be completely colored down to the bottom end. This is what I did.

Reference numeral 2 denotes an elastic core wire (for example, a titanium wire) that is fitted into the core of the aluminum wire 1 in the longitudinal direction. 3 is a metal wire A in which a core wire 2 is fitted into the core of the aluminum wire 1 in a substantially V-shape or a U-shape.
This is a steady rest fitting for aluminum surface treatment that is bent into a letter shape. Reference numerals 4 and 4 designate connection latching parts which are formed by bending the right and left ends of the steady rest fitting 3 for aluminum surface treatment into an L-shape or an O-shape as appropriate.

When it is inserted and released, it expands and fixes in the groove of the aluminum profile, so the connecting hook part 4,
By connecting 4, it is possible to hold the aluminum shapes at regular intervals, and since the surface of this product is made of the same material as the aluminum shapes, the electrical resistance value also ensures uniform conduction conditions with the aluminum shapes. It is something to do.

解消する効果を有する考案である。(Effects of the invention) When the invention is implemented, since the aluminum wire 1 on the surface that is inserted into and comes into contact with the aluminum profile is made of the same material as the aluminum profile, there will be no coloring defects caused by electrical resistance differences during the alumite treatment process. Uniform coloring can be ensured, and since the core wire 2 with elasticity is fitted inside, the V-shaped bent part has elasticity, so it can be easily enlarged by hand, so it can be inserted into an aluminum shape. After insertion, it expands elastically to securely fix it inside the aluminum profile, and by connecting it, the lower end of the aluminum profile suspended from the carrier bar can be securely fixed at regular intervals with a simple operation. It is a device that can be held, prevents hanging aluminum shapes from coming into contact with each other due to swinging, and has the effect of completely eliminating the problem of paint film defects and adhesion peeling caused by contact.
