<Prior art and its problems> In general, stacked stone structures such as tombs and stone lanterns are constructed by placing each stone component on a stone base (pedestal stone) as it is without using a binding material such as mortar. It is composed of stacks.

For example, in the case of a grave, as shown in Figure 7, there are a base 11, an upper podium 12, and a grave marker (pole stone) 1.

However, since ancient times, it has been pointed out that such stacked stone structures are susceptible to damage such as displacement due to tremors and vibrations caused by earthquakes, etc. This can be fully understood from the words that have been used to say, ``can make accurate judgments.''

Conventionally, attempts have been made to use mortar to fix each component of the stacked stone structure, but this method is not a desirable method for the appearance, and moreover, the mortar deteriorates and falls off over the years. It has become clear that this creates gaps in the joints, making the joints look even worse, or that the deterioration of the mortar causes a reduction in joint strength, which results in a loss of resistance to shaking and vibration. As mentioned above, in the construction of stacked stone structures such as graves, the old method of simply placing and stacking stones has become unavoidable, and continues to this day.

However, in recent years, it has been pointed out that stacked stone structures shift in position even though there is no shaking or vibration, especially in cold regions. Rainwater, etc. that enters between the contact surfaces of the two due to capillary action freezes and expands in volume, causing the lifted upper component to shift position when the ice melts. I came once. Moreover, similar phenomena have begun to occur frequently in regions other than cold regions, and this is due to the lubrication effect of rainwater, etc. that has entered between the contact surfaces of component parts as mentioned above, and the recent rapid increase in the number of automobiles. It has also been clarified that this is due to the fact that the upper component slips due to vibrations caused by

As described above, the phenomenon of misalignment of stone structures is now not only caused by earthquakes that occur only once in a while, but also occurs extremely frequently and in any location, and there is a growing need for preventive measures. However, due to problems such as the above-mentioned problem of appearance deterioration and restrictions on processing methods due to the fact that the material is stone, sufficient countermeasures have not yet been taken.

<Means for solving the problem> This idea was developed based on the above-mentioned problems, and was designed to prevent the displacement of stacked stone structures due to tremors and vibrations caused by earthquakes, or the movement of stones caused by rainwater, ice and snow, etc. This was done in order to find a simple and reliable way to prevent the misalignment of structures, etc., without adversely affecting the appearance or workability of assembly/disassembly, or requiring large-scale and troublesome work. , was completed after numerous experiments and research by the present inventor and others, and it is said that at least one stacked stone structure such as a tomb or stone lantern, when stacked, coincides with each other to form a unified space. At least one set of stacking members is provided, each of which has a pair of cut-grooved circular holes in their abutting surfaces, and the stacked members are stacked to form an integral space. is characterized by having a configuration in which a cylindrical body with wings is fitted over both of its constituent parts and is fitted therein.

This tomb is one of the stacked stone structures, consisting of a base 1, an upper 2, and a grave marker (pole stone) 3, each made of stone. Unlike the above, a circular hole 4 with a groove as shown in FIG. 3 is provided on either side of the abutting surface between the upper dandelion 2 and the grave marker 3, so that the upper dandelion 2 and the grave marker 3 are stacked one on top of the other. When the grooved circular holes 4 are disposed on the abutting surfaces of the two, the grooved circular holes 4 are aligned vertically to form an integrated circular hole space with grooved grooves. Moreover, in the integral cut-groove circular hole space, a groove is fitted over both of the cut-groove circular holes 4, 4 provided on the abutment surface of the upper dandelion 2 and the abutment surface of the grave marker 3, respectively. However, a stainless steel winged cylindrical body 6 as shown in FIG. 4 is fitted therein. In addition, the reference numeral 5 in FIG. 3 indicates the cut groove of the cut-grooved circular hole 4, and the reference numeral 7 in FIG. 4 indicates the blade of the bladed cylindrical body 6. 4
The dashed-dotted line in the figure indicates the position of the abutting surface between the dandelion 2 and the grave marker 3. FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram showing the vicinity of the winged cylindrical body 6 fitted in this manner.

Now, in a grave constructed in this way, the grave marker 3 may be affected by vibrations such as earthquakes or by repeated freezing and thawing of rainwater that has entered between the abutting surfaces of the dam 2 and the grave marker 3. Even if a positional shift (occurring due to rotation or sliding of the grave marker on the abutment surface) is likely to occur, the winged cylindrical body 6 can be replaced by the cut grooves provided on each of the upper dandelion 2 and the grave marker 3. Since the relative movement between the altar 2 and the grave marker 3 is restricted through the circular holes 4, 4, there is no possibility of positional displacement due to rotation (restricted by the blades 7 of the cylindrical body with blades) or linear movement. Any displacement due to sliding (mainly restrained by the main body of the winged cylindrical body 6) is reliably prevented. Moreover, by appropriately selecting the dimensions of the grooved circular hole 4 and the winged cylindrical body 6, it is possible to prevent the tombstone 3 from falling due to large shaking or the like.

Furthermore, when assembling the tomb, the cylindrical body 6 with feathers is fitted into the circular hole 4 with grooves on the upper part 2, and the cylindrical body 6 with feathers and the circular hole with grooves on the side of the grave marker are fitted onto it. The work is completed simply by placing the grave markers 3 so that they match, and no particular troublesome effort is required.

The tomb constructed in this way is also extremely pleasing in terms of appearance.

The above is an explanation of this idea using a grave as an example.
As is clear from this explanation, the shape and number of the cut grooves 5 of the cut grooved circular hole 4, the shape and number of the blades 7 of the bladed cylindrical body 6, the material of the bladed cylindrical body 6, etc. There are no special restrictions. However, considering the fact that stone structures are often placed in environments where they are exposed to wind and rain for many years and the ease of molding, the winged cylindrical body 6 has excellent corrosion resistance. It is preferable to use a metal or alloy that has good strength and rigidity.

In this invention, the shape of the main body of the grooved hole is circular in consideration of the stone processing method. In other words, circular holes can be formed most easily and precisely by applying ordinary stone processing means without using particularly expensive and large-scale equipment; This is also because it is less likely to cause defects due to external stress.

By the way, in order to form a circular hole with a cut groove according to this invention, for example, after drilling a circular hole body with a stone drill, a groove that spans the circular hole body is cut with a disk-shaped blade of a stone cutter. The method (see FIGS. 3 and 5) is preferably adopted, and the winged cylindrical body is preferably manufactured by metal casting or welding.

In this way, by forming the upper end of the winged cylindrical body into a tapered shape, it is possible to easily fit the bladed cylindrical body into the grooved circular hole of the member to be placed upward when constructing a stacked stone structure. This is a highly recommended method because it makes it easier and improves work efficiency.

<Overall Effects> As explained above, according to this invention, there is no misalignment caused by earthquakes, automobile vibrations, rainwater, ice and snow, etc., and the appearance and assembly/disassembly workability are improved. Its usefulness is immeasurable, as it makes it possible to provide high-quality stacked stone structures easily and at low cost, and to prevent the stacked structures from shifting over a long period of time, which would harm the dignity or landscape. There is something.
