【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は車両の排気吐出音を低減する車両用排

車両関係法規上、自動車においては第7図に示
すようにマフラ1に取付けられたテールパイプ2
の開口部3を車両の右側すなわち道路中央側の後
方に向けるか、あるいは右側方に向けて排気する
ようにしている。この開口部3は第8図に示すよ
うに、テールパイプ2の軸線Lに直角に形成され
ていて、矢印で示す排ガスの流れ方向と鎖線矢印
で示す吐出音放射方向とはともに軸線Lに沿つて
いて、したがつて車両右側の騒音が特に加速時に
異常に大きくなるという問題がある。

に対し直角方向に放射されるという原理に基づい
てなされたものである。

側に30゜ないし70゜に形成するのが好ましい。
