Abstract

PURPOSE:To record auxiliary information without influence of an external magnetic force and to improve concealability of information by forming an information recorder of an unmagnetized magnetic material at least at a position not superposed with an IC of the surface or intermediate of a sheetlike medium. CONSTITUTION:This IC card 1 buries an IC 2 in a card base material, and main information is recorded in the IC 2. An oversheet 5 holds the base material in a sandwich state. An electrode 3 is formed on the surface of the oversheet 5 to connect the IC 2 to an external processor. In an information recorder 6, an unmagnetized magnetic material 4 is adhered to a part for avoiding the IC 2 on the surface of the oversheet 5, a code is formed, and auxiliary information is recorded.
