た。<Industrial Field of Application> The present invention is directed to a powder or granule system that prevents the powder or granules stored inside the can from scattering into the atmosphere with the release of internal gas under pressure when the can is opened. This invention relates to an easy-to-open fully open can container that prevents bodies from scattering. <Prior Art> Conventionally, easy-to-open full-open cans, in which almost all of the end panel of the can is removed, have a pull tab fixed to the removable end panel. First, it is used to cause the initial tearing of the end panel, and secondly, it is used as a handle to tear off the removable panel portion. That is, first, this removable panel section is engraved with a U-shaped line of weakness immediately adjacent to the connection between the pull tab and this section, allowing the pull tab to be triggered and split open. The gas inside the container is released into the atmosphere. When the pull tab is further raised, the tab pivots about the anchor point such that the snout of the pull tab pushes against a portion of the lid of the end panel, causing a tear in a portion of the annular weakening line. . When the pull tab is further pulled up, the entire lid is torn along the weak line of the tear portion of the end panel, and the entire lid, which occupies most of the end panel, is removed. By the way, carbonated drinks such as beer, which are drunk by releasing compressed gas into the atmosphere, are stored in easy-to-open cans with small openings, in addition to such fully open cans.
When the lid is opened, when the gas is released into the atmosphere, the gas-liquid mixture (foam) scatters and splashes on people nearby. To prevent this, a fine mesh is placed on the back of the can lid to prevent the contents Can lid that prevents objects from scattering (see Utility Model Publication No. 48-30259)
Or, a metal fitting with a pinhole is attached to the back side of the opening of the can lid (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 70686/1986), or a synthetic resin that is expanded to the width of the end panel of the can container. A can lid with a thin film plate installed on the inside of the can container (1987)
Various improvements have been made, such as the one described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 22065). However, many proposals have not been made regarding wide-mouth, fully open can containers such as those described above. <Problems to be Solved by the Invention> The can lid with a fine mesh on the back side allows the compressed gas to escape well and the powder particles do not scatter with the release of the compressed gas, but the fine mesh does not form after the can is opened. remains and looks bad. In addition, if the metal fitting with the pinhole is attached to the back side of the opening of the can lid, the compressed gas may escape slowly, or the can may be opened without the gas being completely released, so it may not be possible to fully open the can. A lid with a wide opening has a problem in that it is difficult to prevent powder from scattering. In particular, in the case of a person who opens a can by rapidly raising the pull tab to cause a tear in the U-shaped weak line and a process to cause a tear in the annular weak line at almost the same time, Since the can is opened when gas has not yet been released from the initially ruptured portion, there is a problem in that the powder and granules are scattered together with the compressed gas. Furthermore, in cases where a synthetic resin thin film plate that is expanded to the width of the end panel is provided on the back of the can lid, when the can is opened, the thin film plate is pushed upward by the pressure of the compressed gas, preventing the release of the compressed gas. This can prevent the powder and granules from scattering, but this slows down the escape of the compressed gas, and if the tension tab is pulled up rapidly, the powder and granules mentioned above will be released together with the compressed gas. There were problems such as scattering.

The concave portions are formed in a concave shape so that they do not come into contact with each other, and at least a portion of the concave portion is provided with pores so that the powder and granular contents will not be blown out together with the compressed gas when the closed state of the can container is broken. Fitting the inner cover formed with the inner cover, and fixing the inner cover by tightening a part of the proximal flange of the concave portion of the inner cover to the tightening part of the end panel, or If a ridge-like protrusion protruding inward is provided on the can body near the end panel, and the flange of the inner lid is sandwiched between the ridge-like protrusion and the end panel to fix the inner lid, the can container can be fixed. The present invention was completed based on the knowledge that even when the sealed state is broken, the powder and granular contents will not be blown out and scattered along with the compressed gas. That is, in the easy-to-open fully open can container of the present invention that prevents scattering of powder and granular material, an annular weak line is carved along the periphery of the end panel that forms the lid of the can container, and the weak line is A pull tab is fixed to the end panel on the inner side of the weak line so that the nose part of the pull tab touches, and a U-shaped weak line is formed near the fixing point of the tab, so that it is easy to use when opening the lid. When the tension tab is pulled up using the fixed point as a fulcrum, a crack is generated in the U-shaped weak line formed near the fixed point, destroying the open state of the can container, and then this tension tab is pulled up. Using the fixed point as a fulcrum, the fixing point is further raised, the nose part of the tab pushes in a part of the lid part of the end panel to cause a tear in a part of the annular weak line, and by pulling this tension tab, the lid part is removed. In an easy-to-open type full-open can container that can be removed by tearing the entire can along a weak line from the tearing part of the end panel, the lid is pushed into the can body part near the end panel by the nose part of the pull tab. The concave part is formed in a concave shape so that the parts do not come into contact with each other, and the gas passes through at least a part of the concave part so that the powder and granular contents will not be blown out together with the compressed gas when the can container is opened. A part of the proximal flange of the concave portion of the inner cover is fitted with an inner cover having pores that can prevent the passage of powder particles, and the end panel is wrapped around a part of the flange on the proximal end side of the concave portion of the inner cover. The inner lid may be secured by wrapping it around the tightening part, or a ridge-like protrusion protruding inward may be provided on the can body near the end panel, and the flange of the inner lid may be sandwiched between the ridge-like protrusion and the end panel. It is characterized by the fact that the inner lid is fixed by attaching the inner lid. Effects> The easy-to-open fully open can container of the present invention that prevents scattering of powder and granules can be fixed by wrapping a part of the flange of the inner lid around the tightening part of the end panel, or by tightening the flange of the inner lid. The inner lid is fixed by sandwiching the flange between the ridge-like projection and the end panel, and is also formed into a concave shape so that the nose portion of the pull tab pushed in when tearing the end panel lid does not come into contact with it. Since at least a part of the recessed portion is formed by pores, when the can container is opened, the powder and granular contents are filtered through the pores and prevented from scattering into the atmosphere. Then, only the gas is released to the outside. Therefore, the powder itself is not blown out and scattered. (I) Easy-open full-open can container (1) Can container The easy-open full-open can container 1 that prevents scattering of powder and granules of the present invention is generally a cylindrical can container made of tin, aluminum, or the like. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3A, the can container 1 has a pull tab 3 fixed to the end panel 2 to make it easy to open, and the end panel 2 is rolled. An annular weak line 5 is carved along the periphery adjacent to the tightening portion 4. Further, a U-shaped weak line 7 is carved near the fixed part 6 of the tension tab 3, and this U-shaped weak line 7 connects the ring part 3a of the tension tab 3 as shown in FIG. When it is pulled with a finger, the central portion 7a of the U-shaped weak line 7 is torn off first, forming an opening 8aL, from which the compressed gas is released into the atmosphere. When the tension tab 3 is further pulled up, the weak line 7 of the U-shape is torn off to form a hinge. When the pull tab 3 is further lifted, the tab 3 pivots relative to the end panel 2, and the nose portion 3b at the tip of the tab 3 pushes in a portion of the lid 8 of the end panel 2 to release the annular weak line 5. Causes some dehiscence. Then, by further pulling the pull tab 3, the entire lid part 8 is formed so that it can be torn off along the annular weak line 5 from the tearing part 5a of the end panel 2 and removed, as shown in FIG. ing. Fully open cans have large openings, but that doesn't mean you can't insert your hand inside. Therefore, even if the weak line 5 is provided sufficiently close to the wrapped portion 4 around the can, there is a possibility that the cut after removing the lid 8 may injure a hand inserted into the can. In preparation for such a case, it is preferable to provide a ridge-like projection 1b1, that is, a safety bead, which protrudes into the inside of the can over substantially the entire circumference just below the seamed portion 4 of the can body 1a. (2) Inner lid Only the can container 1 formed in this way has the following contents:
When the granular material 9 is accommodated together with the compressed gas 10,
At the same time as the can is opened, the gas 10 inside the can under pressure is released,
Since the granular material 9 is scattered when the compressed gas 10 is released, pores 12 are provided which allow the gas 10 to pass through but prevent the granular material 9 from passing, as shown in FIG. Inside M11 is provided. As shown in Figure M4, the inner lid 11 is formed into a concave shape so that the nose portion 3b of the pushed-in tension tab 3 does not come into contact with it, and the contents are blown out when the can container 1 is opened. A region with pores 12 is formed in at least a part of the concave portion 11a so that the gas can pass through the concave portion 11a. As shown in FIG. 8, the inner lid 11 has a flange 11b formed on the proximal end side of the recess 11a. As shown,
The recess 11a of the inner lid 11 is fitted into the inwardly protruding ridge-like projection 1b provided on the can body portion 1a near the end panel 2, and the flange 11b of the inner lid 11 is connected to the ridge-like projection 1b. It is clamped and fixed with the end panel 2, or
As shown in FIG. 3C, a part of the flange 11b of the inner M11 is rolled together with the outer peripheral part of the end panel 2 and the end of the can body 1a to form a rolled part 4 and fixed to the can container 1. do. As shown in FIG. 3A, this inner lid 11 is fitted into a ridge-like projection 1b that is provided inwardly protruding near the end panel 2 of the can body portion 1a of the can container, and is fitted into a ridge-like projection 1b provided in the vicinity of the end panel 2 of the can body portion 1a of the can container. It is preferable that a part of the sealing material be secured to the can container 1 by wrapping a portion together with the outer circumferential portion of the end panel 2 and the end of the can body 1a to form a wrapping portion 4. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 7, a ring-shaped handle 11c is attached to one end of Mll so that the inner lid 11 can be opened easily. The pore portion 12 of the inner lid is formed by filling a large diameter hole 12a opened in the recess 11a with a nonwoven fabric or a film with pores, or by filling the hole 12a with a nonwoven fabric or a film with pores as shown in FIG. It is preferable to attach a non-woven fabric or a film 12b with pores to the back side of the holder, or to provide a region 12c with pores 12 as shown in FIG. The pore portion 12 of the inner lid 11 has pores of a size, for example, 50 to 750 μm, so that the powder and granular material 9 contained therein can be separated when the gas 10 is released into the atmosphere. ing. The inner lid 11 is made of a material that does not give off a foreign odor to the contents itself, and when the handle 11c of the inner lid 11 is pulled, the portion 11d wrapped tightly by the wrapping portion 4 is torn off to release the inner M11. A relatively soft thermoplastic, such as polyethylene, is usually used so that it can be removed. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, when the handle 11c is pulled and the portion 11d that is tightly wound and fixed by the wrapping portion 4 is torn, the inner lid 11 is removed.
A weak line lie of the inner lid is provided along the annular weak line 5 of the lid part 8 of the can container 1 so that the inner lid can be removed cleanly, or
Alternatively, it is desirable to provide a weak line 11f of the inner cover along the inner wall of the recess 11a of the inner cover 11 so that the inner cover 11 can be removed cleanly. The weak line 11f of such an inner lid may be made thinner by providing a groove from one side or both sides, like the weak line 5 of the lid part 8 of the can container 1. It may also be cut in the shape of a broken line. However, as shown in FIG. 3B, when the flange 11b of the inner lid 11 is sandwiched between the ridge-like projection 1b and the end panel 2, the handle 11C can be used without providing the weak lines 11e and llf of the inner lid. It can be easily opened by pulling. The inner lid 11 opened along the annular weak line of the lid part 8 has a shape as shown in FIGS. 8 to 11, and protrudes inward near the end panel 2 of the can body 1a. It is preferable to provide a striped projection 11g on the side surface so that it can easily fit into the ridged projection 1b. (II) Contents The contents to be stored in the easy-to-open fully open can container 1 that prevents scattering of powder and granular materials of the present invention include those in which compressed gas 10 is generated inside, or compressed gas 10 is Enclosed powder or granular material 9, specifically, coffee, tea,
There are luxury items such as green tea, barley tea, and oolong tea. Among these luxury goods, those that require steaming, such as coffee, black tea, and green tea, are particularly preferred, and those that can satisfy not only the taste but also the aroma and comfort of coffee and black tea are particularly preferred. For example, in the case of coffee, the powder 9 of these luxury items can be obtained by harvesting, refining, sorting, blending, roasting, and pulverizing coffee beans, and then simply pouring boiling water to extract the extract. It is processed into particles, powder, etc. until it becomes . The powder or granular material 1 is generally adjusted to have a particle size of 100 to 2000 μm, preferably 200 to 1200 μm or more. (III) Filling with gas (1) Compressed gas After filling the can container 1 with powder 9 of a luxury item, the can container 1 of the present invention is filled with an inert gas 10 to reduce the pressure inside the can container 1. Increase the pressure to a suitable level. As such an inert gas, nitrogen gas, carbon dioxide gas, helium gas, or a mixture thereof is used. Among these inert gases, carbon dioxide gas or nitrogen gas is preferably used. (2) Deaeration When filling the above-mentioned inert gas, it is preferable to reduce the pressure inside the can container 1, but such a reduced pressure state must be achieved when the gas is filled into the container. is normal. (3) Encapsulation The above-mentioned inert gas 10 is usually enclosed by a seamer or the like at the time of sealing, and the inert gas 10 has a concentration of 0.1 to 6 kg/cJ inside the sealed container at room temperature (20°C).
G, preferably 0. The pressure is 1 to 2 kg/c-01, preferably 0.1 to 1-5 kg/cjG. The inert gas 10 sealed to such a pressure is physically adsorbed to the interface of the luxury item strip, or the increased pressure causes gases such as flavors to be present on the surface of the luxury item strip. It is thought that volatilization of the flavor can be prevented by penetrating into minute voids and pores and trapping them inside. The lower the internal pressure of the airtight container 1, the more likely the steaming described above will be insufficient, making it difficult to extract the extract sufficiently.
If the temperature exceeds jG, the material of the can container 1 must be changed to one that can withstand this, and the danger increases when heated, which is not preferable.

An inner lid as shown in Fig. 1 was manufactured by pasting and covering the inner lid. Next, this inner lid was attached to a Daiwa Seikan Oki 301 can (Hyde 13
0, safety bead inner diameter 71mmφ), and then tighten the collar together with the can body and end panel using a special seamer (Toho Sangyo Co., Ltd. FCH-A model vacuum gas filled seaming machine). We created an easy-to-open fully open can container with one end open. Next, roasted coffee beans manufactured by Café Sebor Jabon Co., Ltd. were ground into particles with a size of 150 to 1410 μm in this fully open can container with one end open.
As the coffee powder 190g and this freshness preserving agent,
Ageless Z (manufactured by Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Co., Ltd.) was filled with a tie that absorbs 02.Then, the easy-open fully open can container was filled with carbon dioxide gas, and the open part was filled with a special seamer (FC manufactured by Toho Sangyo Co., Ltd.).
A B-opening type fully open can filled with coffee powder having an internal pressure of 0.8 kg/cd G was produced by tightening the can with a H-A type vacuum gas sealing machine. After this canned food was placed in a constant temperature room at 40° C. for one month, the pull tab was pulled up to release the compressed gas sealed inside. Even when this compressed gas was released, the coffee powder inside did not come out. Then, by further pulling up and pivoting at the fixed part of the pull tab, the nose part of the tab was pressed against a part of the weak line, tearing a part of the weak line, and opening a part of the lid part. . Furthermore, the can was opened by pulling up this pull tab and tearing the lid portion from the end panel along the annular weak line. Next, by hooking your finger on the handle of the inner lid that is fitted to the safety bead of the can body near the lid of the can container and pulling it up, the weak line of sight of the inner lid of the flange of the inner lid is removed. It was torn open and the inner lid was removed. In this way, even if you use a spoon to scoop out coffee powder from a can filled with coffee powder that has been opened to the inner lid, the cut on the lid will not hurt your hands as it is protected by the safety bead.
