Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable efficient and economical packaging by packaging a whole body with a plurality of bobbins interposed between pads packed in synthetic resin sheets and with the upper and lower ends of core tubes fitted over holes of the pads. CONSTITUTION:A cardboard pad 1 provided with a plurality of holes 2,2... to which ends of bobbin cores are fitted is prepared, and the whole pad 1 is packaged by a bag-like polyethylene sheet 3 with a margin between the sheet 3 and the pad. Then a lower protrusion 7a of core 7 of a bobbin 5 is placed to be correspondingly fitted to a hole 2 from over the sheet 3 with respect to the holes 2,... of the packaged pad 1, and another pad 1 packaged with the polyethylene sheet 3 is put over so that upper protrusions 7b,... of bobbins 5,5... cores are fitted over the holes 2,2... via the sheet 3. Then the bobbins 5,... are stored in a sandwich state wherein they are interposed between the pads 1,1 from both upper and lower faces via the polyethylene sheets, so that a whole body of the pads and the bobbins can be packed in the polyethylene sheets. As a result, the operation efficiency can be largely improved, thereby reducing a cost.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the method described above, in which bobbins are packed one by one into a bag, the worker has to manually put each bobbin into the bag, which is a non-trivial problem. It was efficient. In addition, attaching and detaching individual bags has been a bottleneck when trying to automate packing and unpacking.

That is, the bobbin packaging method according to the present invention is a method for packaging a bobbin in which yarn is wound around a core tube. A pad is wrapped in a synthetic resin sheet, and a predetermined number of bobbins are placed over the pad sheet so that the lower protrusion of the core tube fits into the hole in the pad. Cover with a similar pad and fit the upper protrusion of the bobbin core tube into the hole of the pad, and if necessary, place a plurality of bobbins on the pad in the same manner as above and cover with a similar pad. This method is characterized in that the bobbins and pads are alternately stacked on top of each other, and the entire product is then wrapped in a synthetic resin sheet.

[Function] Multiple bobbins are sandwiched between pads wrapped in synthetic resin sheets, and the entire product is packaged with the upper and lower ends of the core tubes fitted into the holes in the pads, so the ends of the bobbins are directly scraped into the pads. There is no staining, etc. Further, according to this packaging method, it is not necessary to pack the bobbins one by one into individual packaging bags, so it is efficient and economical.

That is, as shown in FIG. 2(a), the protrusions 7a on the lower side of the core tube 7 of the bobbin 5 are arranged so as to fit into the holes 2 from above the sheet 3, corresponding to the respective holes. By wrapping the pad and bobbin in their entirety with a polyethylene sheet as shown in Figure 2, it is possible to obtain an excellent package that is less susceptible to staining, etc., in the same way as if each bobbin were packaged individually. Normally, such sandwich-like sets are stacked in multiple tiers, for example 10 tiers, and then the whole is wrapped in a box-shaped polyethylene sheet to complete the packaging. In this case, there only needs to be one intermediate pad that separates the bobbins of each stage into upper and lower parts, and each type of the pad 2,

As described above, according to the packaging method of the present invention, packaging can be performed more efficiently and in a shorter time than in the method of individually packaging bobbins one by one. Moreover, since there is no need to take out the bobbins one by one from the bag when unpacking, it is easier for the bobbin user to color the product, and in addition to automating the packaging on the manufacturer's side, the unpacking process on the user's side can also be automated. It has the advantage of being easy to do. Furthermore, since a simple sheet is cheaper than a bag, the packaging cost as an auxiliary material cost can be lowered. Furthermore, unlike conventional methods, there are no recesses caused by the wrinkles of the bag on the end surface of the bobbin, and the entire bobbin is wrapped in a synthetic resin sheet, which prevents contamination due to adhesion of dust, etc., as in the conventional method. I can do it.

[Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the above description, the bobbin packaging method according to the present invention has excellent effects such as stain prevention and sealing performance, as well as conventional packaging methods, and also has high work efficiency. This improved IJ and reduced costs.

(1) A method for packaging a bobbin in which yarn is wound around a core tube, in which a pad made of a plate with a plurality of holes into which the end of the core tube of the bobbin fits is wrapped in a synthetic resin sheet. A predetermined number of bobbins are placed over the sheet of the pad so that the lower protrusion of the core tube fits into the hole in the pad, and the same pad as above is placed over the bobbin to tighten the bobbin core tube. By fitting the upper protrusion into the hole of the pad, and if necessary, placing a plurality of bobbins on top of the pad in the same manner as above and covering the pad with a similar pad, the bobbins and pads can be stacked alternately. A bobbin packaging method characterized by combining the bobbins and finally wrapping the entire bobbin with a synthetic resin sheet.
