The drum is rotated while being immersed in a latex solution in a dipping tank provided, and the release liner is sent out one by one, the solution is adhered to the surface of the release liner in a thin film form, and then the drum is sent into a dryer to be vulcanized and peeled off. A latex base material forming step of providing a latex base material on the surface of the liner, a step of applying a glue-like drug to the surface of the latex base material to form a poultice layer, and a step of rolling while attaching a release paper to the surface of the poultice layer. When the lower part of the surface is immersed in the latex solution and the drum is rotated, the release liner is sent out one by one and rolled up while being immersed in the latex solution, and the latex solution is adhered to the surface of the release liner in a thin film, When the latex base material is sent into the dryer in this state and dried for a desired time, the latex base material is vulcanized and molded on the surface of the release liner, and the latex base material is sent out from the dryer in a two-layered state to proceed to the poultice layer forming step.

The latex base material and the pap layer form a three-layer state, and when the three-layer state moves to the winding process,
While attaching a release liner to the surface of the poultice layer, a four-layer sheet-like poultice agent consisting of the release liner, latex base material, poultice layer, and release liner is wound up.

Since the poultice layer is formed by applying a drug, it is possible to produce sheet-like poultices that have a high elongation rate and are difficult to peel off. This solves the conventional disadvantages (low elongation rate and makes it easy to peel off), and meets the needs of consumers. This is very helpful.
