Claims (1)
- 鋳枠の内部に溶湯の導入によつて消失する消失
模型を配設し、この消失模型を前記鋳枠の内部に
充填される鋳物砂中に埋設させた状態で、前記消
失模型の内部に溶湯を注入させてこの消失模型を
溶湯に置換させる消失模型鋳造装置において、前
記鋳枠の内部に空気を供給する空気供給通路を設
け、前記空気供給通路に連結させた複数の送気管
をそれぞれ前記鋳枠の中心部位に配設される前記
消失模型の湯口の近傍部位に立設させるとともに
、前記各送気管に前記鋳枠の周壁面方向に向けて
鋳物砂の移動促進用の空気を噴出するエアノズル
をそれぞれ設けたことを特徴とする消失模型鋳造
装置。
