ある。 １……鋳枠、１ａ……内周壁面、２……鋳物砂
、３……消失模型、５……空気供給管（空気供給
通路）、８……送気管、１１……エアノズル、１
４……噴出方向調整機構。

Claims (1)
- 鋳枠の内部に溶湯の導入によつて消失する消失
模型を配設し、この消失模型を前記鋳枠の内部に
充填される鋳物砂中に埋設させた状態で、前記消
失模型の内部に溶湯を注入させてこの消失模型を
溶湯に置換させる消失模型鋳造装置において、前
記鋳枠の内部に空気を供給する空気供給通路を設
け、この空気供給通路に連結させた複数の送気管
をそれぞれ前記鋳枠の内周壁面に沿つて立設させ
、かつ前記各送気管に前記鋳枠の中心方向に向け
て鋳物砂の移動促進用の空気を噴出するエアノズ
ルをそれぞれ設けるとともに、前記各エアノズル
からの空気の噴出方向を調整する噴出方向調整機
構を設けたことを特徴とする消失模型鋳造装置。
