Claims (1)
- 鋳物に凹状形状部を形成すべく金型本体からキ
ヤビテイ内に突出せしめられた鋳抜きピンを有す
る鋳造金型装置であつて、上記鋳抜きピンは、上
記キヤビテイ内に突出する突出部と、外周に雄ね
じ部を有し、直径が軸心方向全体に亘つて略同一
寸法に設定された埋込部とからなり、さらに、上
記金型本体には、深さが上記鋳抜きピの埋込部の
軸心方向の長さと等しくなるように設定された有
底筒状のピン装着孔が形成され、かつ該ピン装着
孔の内周には、上記鋳抜きピンの螺進操作により
その埋込部の雄ねじ部と螺合して鋳抜きピンの埋
込部端面をピン装着孔底面に当接せしめる雌ねじ
部が形成されていることを特徴とする鋳抜きピン
を有する鋳造金型装置。
