Claims (1)
- 成形用金型のキヤビテイ面に穴を形成するとと
もに、該穴に基端に小径部を形成したねじ部材を
螺入して、上記小径部とこれに対向する上記穴の
開口端との間に、円筒状でねじ部材の螺入の度合
により深さ可変のエアベントを形成し、ねじ部材
および金型には互いに連通して型外に通じるエア
逃し孔を設け、ねじ部材には上記エアベントとエ
ア逃し孔とを連通せしめる複数の細孔を形成した
ことを特徴とする成形用金型のエアベント構造。
