- サイラトロン管内部の水素圧力を制御するリザ
ーバを有するサイラトロン回路のサイラトロン温
度コントローラであつて、前記サイラトロン管内
部の温度を蛍光発光スペクトルの変化により測定
する測定手段と、前記測定手段の測定値により前
記リザーバへの供給電力を制御する制御手段とを
有することを特徴とするサイラトロン温度コント
ローラ。
