Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the fall-out or slip-down of a container when the container is set to an oil purifier by preventing the deformation of the flange part of the container by providing the reinforcing frame receiving the underside of the flange part of the container and covering at least the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the container. CONSTITUTION:A container 2 formed from a fiber material and equipped with a flange part 23 is filled with granular activated carbon. The under surface of the flange part 23 of the container 2 is received by a reinforcing frame 10 and at least the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the container 2 is covered with the reinforcing frame 10. てんぷらなどの揚げ料理をして汚れた食用油を濾過する
ことで、油についた色や揚げ物の臭いなどを取り去る浄
油器として、種々のものが提供されているが、カートリ
ッジ型のフィルターが油透過部に着脱自在に装着される
濾過容器と、濾過された油を受ける貯油容器とからなる
ものが近年の主流となっている。そして、上記フィルタ
ーとしては、油の色や臭いの成分を除去するなめに活性
炭を金属製、あるいはパルプのような天然繊維や合成繊
維で作られた容器に充填したものが用いられている。

の問題がある。 すなわち、この種のフィルターは濾過容器のフィルター
装着用開口部に嵌め込むとともにフィルターの容器の上
端周縁に形成したフランジ部をフィルター装着用開口部
の開口縁に係止させて、濾過容器からのフィルターの抜
は落ちを防いでいるのであるが、容器が繊維材からなる
場合、浄油のために油を濾過容器に入れることによって
油の重さがフィルターに加わった場合、フランジ部がこ
の重さに耐えかねて曲がってしまい、フィルターが貯油
容器内に落ち込んでしまうおそれがある。油に浸ること
でフランジ部が柔らがくなることから、尚更である。 また、濾過容器及びフィルターを貯油容器にセットした
ままで貯油容器を傾けて注ぎ口から油を注ぎ出すことが
できるようになっているものにおいては、傾けた時に濾
過容器からフィルターがずり落ちるようにして抜けてし
まうことがある。油がフィルターの容器外周面にしみ出
して濾過容器の装着用開口部との間の摩擦抵抗を小さく
してしまうからである。 本発明はこのような点に鑑み為されたものであり、その
目的とするところは浄油器にセットした時に抜は落ちた
りずれ落ちたりすることがない浄油器用フィルターを提
供するにある。

器の少なくとも上部外周面3 を覆う補強枠とからなることに特徴を有している。 [作用] 本発明によれば、補強枠がフランジ部の変形を防止する
とともに、浄油器に取り付けた時の無用な変形や滑りを
抑止する。 [実施例] 以下本発明を図示の実施例に基づいて詳述すると、この

1の上面開口を閉じる蓋22とからなる容器2内に、粒
状の活性炭3が充填されるとともに、容器2を補強枠1
0に嵌め込んだものであって、上記ケース21及びM2

材、あるいは天然繊維と無機繊維とのブレンド材等の繊
維材のモールドによって形成されている。また蓋22は
その上面に凹凸20が、ケース21は底板の上下面に凹
凸20が形成されている。これら凹凸20は、表面積を
大きくして目詰まりしにくくなるようにするために設け
られたものである。 一方、補強枠10は第3図から明らかなように、底板に
多数個の孔11が形成された有底円筒状の金属製のもの
であり、上端部にはケース21のフランジ部23を受け
る段部12を有している。また、外周面には複数個の凸
部13が周方向に等間隔で形成されている。図示例では
120°間隔で3つの凸部13が設けられている。 ケース21と蓋22の両者は、次のようにして組み立て
られる。すなわち、ケース21内に活性炭3を充填した
後、ケース21の上端に一体に形成されているフランジ
部23に蓋22の周縁を重ね、この上に更にボール紙の
ような厚紙をリング状に切って作成した補強材26を重
ね、これらを補強枠10内にいれるとともに、補強枠1
0の上端縁を内側にカーリングさせてフランジ部23と
蓋22と補強材26の周縁を包むとともに、カーリング
曲げ部で補強材26と蓋22とフランジ部23とを段部
12上に押さえ付ける。補強枠10を厚紙製のものとし
た場合には、補強枠10の段部12とフランジ部23と
蓋22と補強材26とを糊で接着するようにしてもよい
。 このようにして形成されたフィルター1を使用する浄油
器4を第4図に示す。注ぎ口41と把手42とを有する
容器40と、容器40の上部内に嵌め込まれる筒状の浄
油ボット5、そして容器40の上面開口を閉じる蓋6と
から構成されている。 フィルター1は補助フィルター7とともに浄油ボット5
内に装填される。補助フィルター7は、沢紙もしくは布
からなる炉材70と、リング状の金具71、そして金具
71の外周に炉材70の周部を固定して金具71の下面
に炉材70を装着する止め金具72とからなるものとし
て構成されている。図中73は金具71に取り付けられ
た把手である。 しかしてこの浄油器は、容器40内に嵌め込んだ浄油ボ
ット5の下方開口部にフィルター1を上方から嵌め込む
とともに、この上に補助フィルター7を装填し調理に使
用した油を浄油ボット5内に注ぎ込めば、補助フィルタ
ー7による揚げかすの除去と、カートリッジ型のフィル
ター1における活性炭3による着色成分及び臭いの除去
とがなされ、容器40内に溜められる。沢過済みの油を
再利用する時は、把手72をもって容器4oを傾け、容
器40内の油を注ぎ口41がら鍋等に注ぎ込む。 浄油ボット5の下端部に形成された小径筒状の開口部に
嵌め込まれたフィルター1は、ケース21のフランジ部
23が補強枠10の段部12で受けられており、そして
補強枠1oが浄油ボット5の開口縁上に載るために、ま
た補強枠10が底板を有しているなめに、油の重みがか
がってもフィルター1が抜は落ちてしまうことはない。 また補強枠10外周面と浄油ボット5の開口部内周面と
の間の摩擦抵抗並びに補強枠10に設けた凸部13が第
5図に示すように浄油ボット5の開口縁に係止するため
に、浄油器を傾けた時にフィルター1がずり落ちてしま
うこともない。 第6図〜第9図に示すように、補強枠10は底板のない
筒状のものであってもよい。

無用な変形や滑りが抑止されるものであり、このために
フランジの強度不足による抜は落ちを招いたり、浄油器
を傾けた時にずり落ちたりすることがなく、安心して使
用することができて使い勝手が向上するものである。
