Abstract

PURPOSE:To maintain space, in which a following new pipe is inserted, in a straight linear shape by advancing a movable protruding member to correct the advancing direction of a crushing head even when arrangement of an old pipe is bent, in the case of laying the new pipe while crushing the buried old pipe. CONSTITUTION:A crushing head 2 is advanced with a new pipe 5 while crushing an old pipe 4, buried in the ground, by propulsive impulse force of an impulse propulsive machine 9. Now when arrangement of the old pipe 4 is bent to the lower or upper due to local subsidence or the like of the ground, the new pipe 5, for instance, is placed in a buried condition tilted downward. When the crushing head 2, as it is advanced, changes the direction downward more than permissible, the direction of the crushing head 2 is quickly corrected with reaction force of a movable protruding part 10 in a lower part side by advancing it from a surface of a head nose 2c through action of a fluid pressure jack 11. Thus, the new pipe, buried in the ground, can be buried in the desired straight linear shape as far as possible.

[Prior Art] In recent years, many types of pipes related to domestic water, gas, and electricity are being laid underground, and road construction is also progressing rapidly. Such roads often have sewer pipes buried across or along them. Many of the old buried pipes are ceramic pipes, etc., and may need to be replaced due to deterioration due to long-term use or due to new larger diameter pipes. In such cases, it would be desirable to be able to bury the new pipe in a manner that does not impede the passage of cars and other traffic.

An example of this type of construction method will be explained for the hour wheel 1 based on FIG. 11. Two bits 15 and 18 are formed in advance on both sides of the road 16, and a new pipe 5 such as a humid pipe is lowered, and a jack 13 and a traction rod 22 for pulling the new pipe 5 into the ground are lowered. do. The size of the bit can be kept to the minimum size necessary to successively add new pipes, towing roso I, etc. in the pit. A pulling rod 22 is inserted into the old pipe 4 from the bit 15 on the side reinforced with the concrete wall 17, etc., and its tip is connected to the bit 1.
It is added until it reaches 8. In the focus 18, the crushing head 4 is connected to the tip of the pulling rod 22 via a wire 40 or the like.
1 is attached, and then the retraction rod 42 and the backing plate 3 are attached.

Therefore, when the impact propulsion device 9 is activated and the jack 13 is activated to pull the crushing head 41, the old pipe 4 is broken by the conical surface of the crushing head 41 that moves with an impact, and , the new pipe 5A is inserted underground. Then, the old pipe 4 becomes a fragment 4a and is left around the new pipe 5A. - When one new pipe 5A enters the underground 3, the next new pipe 5B is lowered at the bit 18. The drag rod 22 that came out on the bit 15 is cut, the backing plate 31 is removed on the pin 18, and the next retracting rod 42 that has been inserted in advance into the new pipe 5B is connected, and the new pipe 5B is placed in front. It is connected after the new pipe 5A. A backing plate 31 is attached after the new pipe 5B, and a retraction rod 42 is fixed with a nut or the like. On the other hand, in the bit 15, the jack 13 again holds the cut end of the traction rod 22. When the jack 13 operates, the new pipe 5B is also drawn into the underground 3. When such operations are repeated in sequence, the tip of the new tube 5A reaches the bit 15, and the device cutting is completed.

In this device, a plurality of resistance plates protruding toward the outer circumference of the propulsion device body are provided at the rear of the pneumatic propulsion device body, which has a chisel attached to the front end. Then, when the direction of movement of the propulsion machine body is directed downward, the upper resistance plate at the rear is protruded to generate unbalanced resistance, and the direction of movement of the propulsion machine body is corrected upward. That's what I do.

As in the former example described above, if a resistance plate that operates when the propulsion device main body changes direction is provided at the rear of the main body, the direction change operation will be delayed. On the other hand, in the latter example, although the pressing plate is installed at the front of the excavator, the surface of the pressing plate that is protruded by opening one side is a tapered surface, so there is no sudden increase in resistance, and the direction change effect is not achieved. There are problems with thinning and the hinge mechanism of the pressing plate becoming larger.

When the crushing head 2 is returned to a predetermined posture, it is moved forward by the impact force of the impact type propulsion a9 or the like. If the advance direction is maintained, the movable protruding member IO that has been advanced is retreated. Therefore, the new pipe 5 maintains the desired linear movement and is laid in the position where it should originally be buried even if some of the old pipes 4 are partially bent. In addition,
The same applies when the old pipe 4 is bent upward, and if the movable protruding members 10 are attached to the left and right, even when the old pipe 4 is bent left and right, the direction of movement of the crushing head 2 can be corrected. I can do it.

According to the present invention, without digging up roads, etc., with the propulsion impact force from the impact type propulsion machine attached to the crushing head,
New pipes can be laid smoothly while crushing old pipes buried in the soil. At that time, even if the arrangement of the buried old pipes is bent or deformed and the crushing head advances in an undesired direction along the buried part of the old pipes, the movable protruding member advances to crush the old pipes. Quickly correct the direction of head movement,
The space into which the subsequent new tube is inserted can be maintained in a straight line. As a result, the new pipe to be laid underground can be buried in a desired straight line as much as possible.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the crushing head 2 includes a central conical portion 2d, a cylindrical base portion 2e formed at the rear thereof, and a small diameter portion formed at the front portion of the conical portion 2d. A hollow part 2a is formed inside. The maximum outer diameter of the conical portion 2d is approximately the same as the outer diameter of the auxiliary connecting pipe 6 and the new pipe 5, but is slightly smaller than the toric body 23 of the auxiliary connecting pipe 6, which will be described later. Ru. Further, the conical end portion of the impact type propulsion device 9 is fitted into the conical surface 2f formed in a part of the hollow portion 2a, and the impact force of the striking element (not shown) reciprocating inside is fitted. , can be transmitted to the crushing head 2. When the crushing head 2 having such a structure moves forward underground 3, the head nose 2c enters the inside of the old pipe 4 and guides the path, and while crushing the old pipe 4 from the end with the conical part 2d, A space is formed into which the subsequent auxiliary connecting pipe 6 and new pipe 5 are inserted.

On the other hand, in the three-part auxiliary connecting pipe 6 interposed between the crushing head 2 and the new pipe 5, the short pipe 6A is connected to the following short pipes 6B and 6.
It is said to be thinner than C. This is to encourage partial deformation of the auxiliary connecting pipe 6 when correcting the direction of movement of the crushing head 2, thereby making it easier to follow the direction change operation of the crushing head 2. However, if the auxiliary connecting pipe 6 does not need to be deformed, any of the short pipes may be made thick. A reinforcing toric body 23 is integrated with the outer periphery of the tip of the short pipe 6A by welding or the like.

b and presses the old pipe 4B. The supporting force generated by the pressure pushes the head nose 2C, which is about to tilt downward, upward as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 10, and the orientation of the crushing hent 2 is corrected. Therefore, the auxiliary connecting pipe 6 and the new pipe 5, which are not shown in solid lines and accompany the crushing head 2, remain horizontal, and the new pipe 5 is arranged in a desired straight line.
will be laid down. Note that in the pit 18, it is visually confirmed that the light spot 33 has returned to the center of the crosshair 34. In this state, forward movement is resumed, and if the displacement of the light spot 33 is small, the supply of high-pressure fluid is stopped by operating the valve.

In addition, if the auxiliary connecting pipe 6 is deformable,
When the crushing head 2 is deflected upward, the short tube 6A of the auxiliary connecting pipe 6 deforms slightly to accommodate the deflection. Of course, bending can also be absorbed by deforming the buffer members 20 and 30 interposed before and after the auxiliary connecting pipe 60. Therefore, by utilizing the bending of the auxiliary connecting pipe 6 itself and the deformation of the buffer members 29 and 30, the crushing spatula F2
A large change in direction is possible. If the auxiliary connecting pipe 6 cannot be bent or deformed, the bending is allowed by the deformation of the buffer members 29 and 30.

In the above example, the auxiliary connecting pipe 6 has a three-part structure, but if it can be lowered into the bit 18 as a whole,
It may be made into an integrated object. Although this auxiliary connecting pipe 6 is not absolutely necessary and is not shown, a new pipe 5 may be connected to the rear part of the crushing head 2 via a buffer member 29. In addition to the impact type propulsion device 9, the jack 13
However, if the crushing head 2 can be propelled only by the propulsion impact force of the impact type propulsion device 9, there is no need to pull the crushing head 2 from the bit 15 side.
