に関するものである。[Detailed explanation of the invention] <Industrial application field> The invention is based on the ability of crustaceans such as shrimp and crabs, shellfish such as oysters, and fish such as blowfish to remain alive for a certain period of time in the atmosphere. The present invention relates to containers for transporting live seafood, etc., which can be transported, sold at stores, and kept in a living state for a long period of time until cooked.

Especially now that the gourmet food boom has become popular, the technology for transporting live fish is also making remarkable progress. As a means of transporting large amounts of seafood, there are live fish transport vehicles that transport while supplying oxygen to seawater. The purpose of this invention is not to transport such large quantities of seafood, but rather to transport only the amount needed for household consumption (for example, in the case of prawns, a few to several dozen prawns). Put it in
The purpose is to send the animal alive in a relatively small volume that can be sold at department stores. Conventionally, such a mode of transportation has only been carried out, for example, in the winter, when shrimp were placed in sawdust in a container and sent.

In addition, the oxygen inclusion method used for eel, dojiyo, flounder, etc.
When the water is stationary (that is, when the water is not shaking), it is deficient in oxygen and cannot be transported over long distances. In any case, the containers for transporting live seafood, etc. that have been considered in the past are not in a form that would be delivered to individual households as gifts, etc., and the containers for transporting live seafood, etc. There was nothing I could do.

When the porous material 4 is plate-shaped or sheet-shaped, it is effective to provide a plurality of holes near the center.

What is the oxygen generating agent powder 5? It is a compound that acts on the hydrogen peroxide solution to generate oxygen, and includes manganese dioxide. Ferric oxide salt and fluorine are added to the hydrogen peroxide solution to serve as a reaction regulator for manganese diacid. In addition to this, the frozen oxygen regulating supply section 3 of the present invention also includes a porous material 4 impregnated with water and frozen.
Sodium peroxide powder can also be used as the oxygen generating agent powder 5 at the bottom. These are placed in a tray and housed in an oxygen permeable packaging bag with the opening sealed.

The impregnated and frozen hydrogen peroxide solution and water in 2 are gradually thawed while contributing to the refrigeration of seafood, and the thawing solution such as hydrogen peroxide solution and water that is leached as a result of thawing becomes oxygen generating powder. 5 to generate oxygen. At this time, the porous material 4 has the effect that the thawing solution does not come into immediate contact with the oxygen generating agent powder 5, but gradually leaches out and reacts with the oxygen generating agent powder 5. The generated oxygen is supplied to the live shrimp, etc. in the storage space through the micropores of the oxygen-permeable packaging bag 2, and water, etc. is retained within the bag. In this manner, the frozen oxygen regulating and supplying section 3 maintains the low temperature of the heat-insulating housing space for live shrimp and the like, and also functions to supply oxygen.
