有し、かつ接地線につけた変流器ＣＴまたはロゴ
スキーコイルにて検出した信号のうち、外部ノイ
ズ測定用アンテナからの信号と同期している信号
を、ノイズと判定し除去することにより、Ｓ／Ｎ
比を向上させたことを特徴とする部分放電検出装
