置において、外部ノイズ測定用センサーとしてロ
ゴスキーコイルを有し、かつ接地線につけた変流
器（ＣＴ）にて検出した信号のうち、外部ノイズ
測定用ロゴスキーコイルからの信号と同期してい
る信号を、ノイズと判定し除去することを特徴と
