(Prior technology) Conventional safety belts for fall prevention have a buckle sewn to one end of the belt made of a narrow weave of synthetic fibers such as nylon, and a rope made of synthetic fibers is attached to a freely movable ring in the middle. Tie it off, and put a hook on the other end of the rope.
It was equipped with an attachment means such as a carabiner, and the rope was generally a three- or eight-strand rope, and the hooks were connected with a satsuma weave.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, in conventional safety belts, there is a difference in durability between the belt part and the rope part, and even if the belt part is as good as new, the rope part wears out,
In some cases, all safety belts had to be discarded due to damage, etc., which was not only uneconomical, but also caused work to continue in dangerous conditions. Furthermore, the hooks tied to the ropes took a great deal of time to weave. In addition, since the rope is twisted, kinks and disordered twists occur, resulting in a decrease in strength and stiffness, making it difficult to handle.

(Means for solving the problem) Therefore, in the present invention, in order to improve the rope part and avoid the above-mentioned problem, the rope part is made of thin yarns arranged in multiple layers and covered with an outer covering material to prevent wear and tear. damage,
The present invention provides a safety belt that prevents dirt, etc., has flexibility, maintains a lifespan comparable to that of the belt, and is superior to conventional safety belts from both an economical and safety standpoint.

(Example) To show an example of the present invention, a yarn 1 formed by attaching or twisting a plurality of raw threads made of synthetic fibers such as nylon or polyester is wound into a loop shape multiple times, and both ends are joined. An endless yarn aggregate 2 is formed.

This yarn assembly 2 is made into an elongated oval shape, and a cylindrical fabric made of synthetic fibers is inserted therethrough, and the central portion is bundled 5. The central convergence 5 forms rings 3, 4 at both ends. Both ring portions are covered with a jacket material 7 made of synthetic fiber and sewn. Connect hooks or rings to both rings.

Also, due to the convergence 5 in the central portion, ring portions 3,
4 is formed, but when forming the yarn into a loop shape, two jacket materials 7 made of the same short cylindrical fabric and a hook 8 are inserted into the ring portions 3 and 4. Two tubes and hooks 8 are distributed at both ends, and a loop between them is overlapped and converged 5 to insert a long cylindrical fabric. The outer cover material 6 made of a long cylindrical fabric needs to be inserted past the ring parts 3 and 4 at both ends of the loop and the hook 8, and it is preferable that the bundle 5 in the center is gathered as tightly as possible, so it is not elastic. It is desirable to use a fabric with a

In another embodiment of the present invention, a rectangular cloth is used instead of a cylindrical cloth as the outer covering material, the bundle part 5 and the ring parts 3 and 4 are wound, and the overlapping part is formed with a yarn part in the length direction. A method of sewing all the way through to the back surface is also considered, and this method allows the converging portion 5 to be configured more integrally, and can be said to be a more suitable method.

As shown in FIG. 5, one end 3 of the present invention is passed through the ring of the safety belt belt, and the other end 4 having the hook is wrapped around the ring.
By passing it through the rope, it is tied together to form the rope part of the safety belt. Further, when the hook 8 is inserted through both the ring portions 3 and 4, the structure is achieved by locking the hook 8 at one end to the ring.

The safety belt using the present invention has its rope portion covered with outer sheathing materials 6, 7, and
7 can also be made of heat-resistant fibers, in which case there will be fewer problems when used in sites where welding is frequently used, such as shipbuilding and construction, and it will be safer than conventional ropes even when construction materials have sharp edges. The performance will be improved by several levels. In addition, conventional ropes required a lot of processing time to tie to rings, hooks, etc., but with this invention, there is no need to twist the rope, and there is no need for processing time for the satsuma braiding. The economic effect is also great.
