Claims (1)
束から袋を一枚ずつ払い出す袋搬出装置であって、下端
に袋取出口を開口したケースの内部には、袋束の頂部に
穿った掛け穴に通して袋束を吊り下げ保持する掛け止め
用フックと、前記フックの下方に配備したフリーホィー
ル機構を内蔵の送りローラと、該送りローラに対向して
ばね付勢された押え板とを備え、前記フックに掛け止め
して吊り下げた袋束を送りローラと押え板との間に押え
込み、この状態で送りローラの回転操作により袋を一枚
ずつフックより切り離して袋取出口へ送出するよう構成
したことを特徴とする袋搬出装置。 2)袋の上部左右に手提げ帯を残して中央部分が切り抜
かれたU形袋を対象に、多数枚のU形袋を重ねてケース
内に一括収容した袋束から袋を一枚ずつ払い出す袋搬出
装置であって、下端に袋取出口を開口したケースの内部
には、袋束を二つ折りに畳んで懸架する衝立状の袋束支
持板と、該支持板に設けた袋束の掛け止め用フックと、
支持板の下方に位置して左右に振り分け配備したフリー
ホィール機構内蔵の一対の送りローラと、該送りローラ
に対向してぼね付勢された押え板とを備え、U形袋のミ
シン目入り頂部切り残し部に穿った掛け穴を前記フック
に掛け止めして支持板に懸架した袋束に対し、支持板か
ら垂れ下がった袋束の左右両端部を送りローラと押え板
との間に押え込み、この状態で送りローラの回転操作に
より袋を一枚ずつミシン目より切り離して袋取出位置へ
送出するよう構成したことを特徴とする袋搬出装置。 3)請求項1および2に記載の袋搬出装置において、送
りローラが袋搬出指令を受けて回転する駆動モータに連
結されていることを特徴とする袋搬出装置。 4)請求項1および2に記載の袋搬出装置において、送
りローラが手動操作式の回転駆動機構に連結されている
