《Example》 An example of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a transparent and flexible release film having heat resistance, a transparent release layer 2 is provided on the entire surface 7, and a release layer 2 is provided on the entire surface 7. A color material layer 4 having a finely roughened surface 6 is provided on the surface of the fabric body 16 using a mixed ink 23 containing a printing ink 5 and a hot melt resin agent 22 on the surface of the fabric body 16. It has the thickness and flexibility to pass through the inside of the copying machine, and the entire back surface 8 of the release mother film 1 serves as the toner fixing surface of the copying machine.

11 is a member to be transferred such as a sheet; 12 is a processed surface of the member to be transferred 11;
A transfer member piece 13 of a design, character, etc. to be transferred is used by a copying machine 9 to enlarge the desired design, reduce it, copy it, and fix it on a part of the entire back surface 8 of the peeling mother film 1 at the toner fixing section 10. The cutting device 14, such as scissors, a knife, or a mold, is used to cut along the line. 15

In addition, the hot melt resin agent 22, which melts under heat and pressure and penetrates into the transfer cloth to adhere designs and characters, is selected and used because it melts at a temperature that does not impair the texture and physical properties of the transfer member and has a remarkable adhesive effect. For example, polyamide-based, polyester-based, E, V, A-based, rosin-based, Pinero-based, and others are used.

In addition, the dye sublimation transfer method is used to dye fabrics without using water, and uses sublimation dye ink to transfer synthetic fibers (acrylic, polyester, etc.) as materials.
It uses a conventionally well-known ink suitable for transfer to cotton products such as sweatshirts and bags.

In addition, the peeling mother film 1 has high transparency and does not change its physical properties at the transfer temperature during thermal transfer.
It uses a film that has been confirmed to be safe and hygienic due to its strong mechanical properties that can withstand peeling resistance during transfer and its chemical resistance.

For example, the usable temperature of polyester film is generally said to be -70℃ to +150℃,
The melting point is 260° C. or higher, and since the passage time inside the copying machine 9 is short, it can sufficiently withstand the temperature of about 200°C inside the copying machine 9 for fixing the toner.

Moreover, the release layer 2 and the coloring material layer 4 are made of a release mother film 1.
Similarly, since the passing time in the copying machine 9 is short, approximately 200 yen is required to fix the toner in the copying machine 9.
The fabric body 16 formed by the three layers of the release mother film 1, the release layer 2, and the coloring material layer 4 has a certain thickness that can sufficiently withstand the temperature of ℃ without causing any adverse effects, and can pass through the copying machine 9. It has such flexibility that it can be cut into a desired width that can pass through the copying machine 9.

Further, the mixed ink 23 shown in FIG. 3 is a coloring material layer 4 having a finely rough surface 6 on the surface in which the printing ink 5 formed by heat treatment and the hot melt resin agent 22 are strongly adhered to each other. (Figure 4,

Bonding temperature: 140℃~160℃ Bonding pressure: 0.01~0.06Kg/cm 2 Bonding time: 15 to 30 seconds Bonding time of 5 to 15 seconds is sufficient for hot melt resin, but due to the time difference caused by heat conduction in the bonded area (for example, fabric) The time required for heating and pressing is usually about 30 seconds. In addition, for fabrics that are difficult for the dissolved resin to penetrate (e.g. satin and other thin-weave fabrics), apply at a low temperature of about 140° and a low pressure (0.01Kg/cm 2 ) .
It takes a long time (about 40 seconds) to glue.

《Operation and Effect》 This invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and transfers and forms a pattern 15 such as a required design or character onto a processed surface 12 that is a transferred member 11 such as clothing such as a T-shirt or a bag. To do this, transfer the transfer member piece 13 to the seventh
As shown in FIG. 8, when the hot melt resin agent 22 is placed on the surface to be processed 12 and heated with a heating device such as an iron at a temperature and time at which the hot melt resin agent 22 melts, the melted hot melt resin agent 22 is heated on the surface to be processed 12. When the hot melt resin agent 22 flows into the tissue and cools the surface 12 to be processed after heating, the hot melt resin agent 22 that has flowed in is fixed and becomes a strong adhesive state.

Next, when the surface to be processed 12 has cooled down, the peeling base film 1 is peeled off as shown in FIG. together with color material layer 4

Further, the release mother film 1 and the release layer 2 are transparent, and the transfer member piece 13 is made of the same color as the coloring material layer 4.
The shape of the pattern 15 to be transferred can be clearly seen from the back side, and the orientation of the pattern 15 and the clothing to be transferred can be sufficiently considered before attachment. It is easy to confirm the attachment position and can perform the transfer operation without failure when transferring and attaching the adhesive to items of clothing. It is easy to handle and can be attached to expensive clothing with peace of mind.

In addition, by inserting the entire back surface 8 of the peeling mother film 1 into the copying machine 9 and using it as a toner fixing surface for fixing toner, patterns such as symbols written on picture books etc. can be peeled off through the copying machine 9. The toner fixing portion 10 can be formed by copying on the entire back surface 8 of the mother film 1, and a desired pattern can be obtained by cutting along this toner fixing surface 10 with a simple operation. Since the finely roughened surface 6 is provided on the surface, as shown in FIG. The air layer 17 of the finely roughened surface 6 ensures that one piece of fabric 16 is separated during feeding, thereby preventing the copying machine 9 from malfunctioning.
