[Detailed explanation of the invention] [Industrial application field] This invention can be
Regarding the improvement of a hopper suitable for use in a device that transports and collects objects to be transported or dust (hereinafter simply referred to as powder and granular materials) using the suction force of a blower, specifically, This invention relates to a wear prevention device for a hopper that performs suction and collection.

In pneumatic transport equipment and dust collectors, powder and granules are strongly sucked into the hopper by the suction force of the blower, so the sucked powder and granules collide violently with the inner wall of the hopper facing the suction port. There is a risk of abrasion of the inner wall surface.

Therefore, in the past, measures to prevent wear were taken by attaching another plate material to the inner wall surface of the hopper where the powder collides with it to reinforce it, or by attaching a downward-facing butt-full plate to the suction port. It was.

However, when installing reinforcing plates as a preventive measure, the reinforcing plates themselves are also worn out due to collisions with particulate matter, so this replacement work is complicated.
Particles that collide with the reinforcing plate and bounce back may flow upwards of the hopper and wear out the back filter, or
There was a problem in that the powder flowed downward and lifted up the particles that had accumulated in the hopper. In addition, in the case of prevention measures by installing a full plate, it is effective for relatively small transport devices and dust collectors that transport only a small amount of powder and granules, but it is mechanically impossible to use for large-scale devices with large air volumes. However, there were also problems in that the transported particles would be crushed by colliding with the buff-full plate, and the flow of powder particles that hit the buff-full plate would blow up the particles accumulated in the hopper.

Therefore, the technical problem of the present invention is to reduce the impact of sucked-in powder particles through an excellent cushioning effect, prevent wear of the inner wall surface of the hopper facing the suction port, and prevent crushing of transported particles. Another object of the present invention is to provide a wear prevention device for a hopper for pneumatic transportation, which is devised so that the inside of the hopper can be easily inspected.

(1) A powder suction port is provided on one side wall of the hopper, and a fitting cylinder having a cylindrical shape as a whole is attached to the other side wall of the hopper facing this suction port, facing the suction port. Moreover, inside this fitting cylinder, there is a lid plate that closes the outer end port of the fitting cylinder that communicates with the outside air, and a plurality of plates that are arranged and protruding from the inner surface of this lid plate in a vertical multi-stage manner toward the above-mentioned suction port. The factor (1) above is that when a shelf board is installed inside the fitting cylinder to suck powder and granules, the powder and granules sucked in from the suction port are blown vigorously towards the fitting cylinder. Then, this powder and granules are gradually stored and deposited on the shelf boards arranged vertically in multiple stages, and the accumulated powder itself exerts a cushioning effect and cushions the impact, thereby reducing wear and tear on the hopper. In addition to preventing powder particles from being crushed, this cushioning effect also prevents powder particles from bouncing back up and down, thereby reducing the wear of the bag filter and the flying up of powder particles that have accumulated on the underside of the hopper. It also makes it possible to prevent this.

The reason for (2) above is that if you remove the cover plate from the outer end of the fitting tube and remove the entire shelf body, you can use the fitting tube as it is as an inspection port for the hopper. There is no need to provide one, and it is possible to kill two birds with one stone.

The drawing is a cross-sectional view when the present invention is applied to a hopper for collecting transported objects (powder and granular materials) of a pneumatic transport device, and shows a hopper 1 configured to freely accommodate powder and granular materials P.
A discharge valve 3 is attached to the bottom discharge port 2 of the hopper 1, and a suction force from a blower (not shown) is applied to the inside of the hopper 1, and particulate matter P is removed from the suction port 5 through the duct 4. It is being suctioned and collected vigorously. 6

Reference numeral 7 denotes a fitting cylinder having a substantially flange tube (cylindrical) structure attached to the wall surface of the hopper 1 facing the suction port 5, and this fitting cylinder 7 communicates the inside and outside of the hopper 1. There is. Also, in FIGS. 1 and 2, the reference numeral 8 indicates a shelf body configured to be freely attached to the fitting tube 7, and this shelf body 8 is Outer end opening 7a of the fitting tube 7
The cover plate 9 is configured to be freely attached to the outward facing flange 7b so as to cover the outer flange 7b, and a plurality of shelf plates 10 are attached to the inner surface of the cover plate 9 in a multi-tiered manner. In this case, each shelf board 10 is fitted into the fitting opening 7 as shown in FIG. 2, and the cover plate 9 is placed over the outer end opening 7a.
All you have to do is fix it with bolt 11.

Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, when the shelf plate 8 is attached to the inside of the fitting tube 7 and the particulate matter P is sucked, the sucked in powder and granular material P is first transferred to the fitting tube 7. The powder P is vigorously blown toward the shelf board 8 installed therein, and is gradually stored and deposited on each shelf board 10, and this powder P itself constitutes the cushion powder PC. (See Figure 2) Therefore, the powder P sucked into the hopper 1 from the suction port 5 first hits the cushion powder PC accumulated on the shelf board 8, and the impact is weakened.
The speed is reduced and the accumulated powder particles P are allowed to settle into the hopper 1 by their own weight without bouncing upward and wearing out the bag filter 6 or flowing downward and blowing up the accumulated particles P.

また、輸送運転を続けている限り、粉粒物Pは

In addition, as long as the transport operation continues, the powder and granular materials P are always blown toward the shelf board 8, so the amount of the powder and granular materials P accumulated in the shelf board 8 is always constant, and the same level of It exerts a cushioning effect.

Furthermore, if the entire shelf plate structure 8 is removed from the inside of the fitting tube 7, the fitting tube 7 can be used as it is as an inspection hole in the hopper 1, so an inspection hole can be provided on another side of the hopper 1. This is not necessary, and the structure of the hopper 1 is simplified accordingly, making it possible to reduce manufacturing costs.

As described above, according to the wear prevention device for a hopper for pneumatic transportation, etc. according to the present invention, the opposite wall surface of the hopper, which is opposite to the suction port and where powder and granules are blown most strongly and wears most severely, Since the cushion is formed by storing the powder and granules themselves, the cushion absorbs the impact of the blown powder and granules, thereby preventing wear on the hopper wall and bag filter.
It is suitable for use as it prevents particles from being crushed due to collision, and also prevents accumulated powder and granules from flying up.
Furthermore, since the present invention uses the powder itself to be sucked as the cushioning material, there is no need to worry about wear. Therefore, there is no need to replace the cushioning material and it can be used as is for a long period of time. It also has the advantage that when the plate body is removed, the fitted tube can be used as an inspection port for the hopper, and it can be applied to each hopper of the pneumatic transport device or dust collector shown in the figure.
Its practical effects are enormous.
